Two days in a row the restaurant left out part of our food. The first time we had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get the missing meal and the 2nd time we caught it in the drive thru.

Paid for a everything got the drinks, told to pull forward, 3 people after us got their food and apparently someone got my families food because 30 minutes later someone comes out and says what are you waiting on... they lost our order at some point gave it to someone else. No offer for discount, nothing just said oh tell us what you ordered again we will remake it. Seriously! Will not be back here again. Last time we were here they shut their ice cream machine off over an hour early from closing, just keeps getting worse. Over an hour waiting on food. Hope whoever got our orders enjoys it, sure they will wrote a great review.

1st time and took 2 of my nieces. It was so good. It was good enough that the girls took aunties plate and was eating it up. Food was hot and service was friendly and fast.
Every time we go to Culver's, it has a great environment. They have amazing, friendly, and kind people. Anytime we have visitors, we make sure to stop at Culver's.

Customer service tonight 612pm 1/17 absolutely sucks. Train your staff to communicate, ask questions, don't just stand there and say nothing and assume. She just didn't care, and it's unacceptable!!!
