The wings ordinarily are delicious and spot on. However, in this visit, they were very dry and hard even after the sauce was applied.. Not sure what was happening today.

After reviewing the reviews it seems like this is a pattern….3 visit’s and yet I haven’t tried your food due to things “being out of stock”…. First visit was in January, 2nd visit end of February, 3rd visit today 3/23/24. To whomever is in control of inventory he/she need to be replaced or given time off to get themselves together. Y’all stay out of something if it’s not the sauces it’s fries and you can only get okra or onion rings? With my wings? Yeah no thank you…

I love how much the owners give back to their community. I came for lunch specifically for this reason. I recently relocated here, but I’ve been following them online for quite a while. Their help with the tornado victims (while being a victim themselves) was amazing and I respect that quite a lot! Their food is pretty good and I love the fried green tomatoes. The hot lemon pepper sauce is good. I do wish the wings came with one sauce with additional sauces as an up charge. I know next time to order two instead of just one. I’d also plan a good chunk of time out of your day- it wasn’t very fast. Maybe it’s an online order and FOH order crossing over thing. Typically I plan lunches out for right at an hour for the whole experience, but my “15-20 minutes” turned into 45 minutes before receiving food. The employee at the cash register was very kind.

The food is amazing, but it’s crazy that if you order 20 wings you don’t get a SINGLE dipping sauce included with them. You have to pay 60 cents per dipping sauce. So just be warned I guess. They said only meals get a complimentary sauce, but and large order of wings you’re just SOL. ??♀️
What I thought would be a dream turned out to be a nightmare of customer service. While ordering our food the cashier informed us they were out of multiple pieces of food. On top of there manager wasn't around to accept cash. One customer was told she had to wait for the manager before she could leave since she was paying cash. he quoted 15-20min for her food the lady waited 10 min patiently while the manager was sitting in the parking lot in her car the whole time she came in to take the money then went right back to her car. She showed no manager skills while handling with customers ad if it was a burden everyone came in while she was in her car. I will definitely give her what she's wants. I will never eat here or recommend this place to anyone. The staff as a whole has no dicepline, respect or customer service skills. After waiting 30+ min the food was sub par specially when there wasn't anyone in the whole store on a Tuesday during dinner time (4-6pm) I should have read the signs if no one else is here there is probably a reason for it. Save your money and eat anywhere else!

My daughter and I stopped by on a Wednesday (3/6/24) afternoon and we're completely satisfied with our service and meal. They have nice sized wings, favorable sauce, and good seasoned fries. This wings are much better then any chain restaurant. The registrar clerk was so nice and accommodated all our questions. I 100% will be back. I hate I can't post a picture of our food.
The best wings!! Can’t wait to go back and try the catfish! Flo was who helped us and she is wonderful!

This place needs to come with a warning! These wings are giant and you get so much food. Also along with the size the wings are really good flavor wise. We did have to wait a little however we did order a good amount so it was a reasonable wait time.
