I was in town for a business trip and I stop in here a few evenings and it was so dirty and the coffee was disgusting. I ordered 6 munchkins donuts online. I went in the evening so I know they might not have as much in stock, but when I went to pick my order; it was not ready, so I waited for around 5-10 minutes for it to be ready. I saw my coffee and grabbed it and waited for my donuts. after a while of standing there I asked an employee if she could please grabbed the donuts for me. She replied with we don't have them and walked away. I stood there wondering if they were going to come back and give me a refund. Another lady came over and said, would a regular donut work and gave me one donut. I ordered 6 munchkins, which cost way more than just one donut. I actually lost money. I found it very rude for the lady to tell me they don't have it and walk off without offering a refund or substitution. Overall, dirty, rude, and unorganized place.

My drink was amazing, but don’t get the bagel it taste like leather, I can take out a drone with the bagel, it taste like when you’re a baby and you taste your moms fake leather bag, it’s like eating alligator skin,I don’t recommend the bagel but over all the food was great (except the bagel) I recommend the munchkins tho,please do something about the bagel it taste bad as you can tell

I got a flat leaving this location but thank God I got a bagel to use as a spare tire. These are the most rubberized bagels on earth so I made it home safely.

Local from Clarksville. Every time I brave my way to this location, the staff is incredibly rude and the food is always different. You could order the same drink every day and it will always taste different, so obviously poor training on managements behalf. I waited 40 minutes today to receive a dozen donuts. When i asked about my order, the worker rolled her eyes at me. Recommend the Dunkin over by Sango Walmart, friendly staff and good food!
Staff at drive thru are polite and nice but It's the slowest dunkin and also the only one around. Horrible to leave out of due to the highway. Avoid if in a Rush.

This was my worst experience at this Dunkin location.My daughter and I came for breakfast this morning, 2/16/24. Dunkin was out of half of what we ordered and we both had to settle on different items- a wrap and a croissant stuffer.The wrap was tiny, like snack sized, and soggy. The stuffer (ham and cheese) was burnt and barely had any ham.We were very disappointed as we had gone out of our way to have Dunkin for breakfast. We should have eaten somewhere else.There was one positive. The staff was friendly.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had at a breakfast place!!! No one would look at me in there. I didn't get my doughnut because they already cleared my order from the screen too early and everyone avoided me when I tried to fix it. They gave me the completely wrong sandwich and didn't give me the milk substitution (coconut milk) I ordered in my mocha. I am very dissatisfied and never want to go back.
