I ALWAYS go to this Dunkin because it’s the closest to my house and today was my final straw. My order is 6/10 times wrong. Today I went ordered on the app a dunkings coffee and a cold brew and doughnuts get there my coffee didn’t have cold foam nor the cinnamon sugar. I just pointed out that it didn’t have the cold foam the lady at the window was incredibly RUDE and my order was still WRONG. I typically don’t have issues with the service but today she was rude, my order was wrong not just once but twice. Highly disappointed because I love Dunkin

So the line was long so I went ahead and ordered on the app to help save time but the app doesn't show all the options. After ordering, I got to the speaker and ordered a coffee and told the. I also had an order through the app. I was told they were out of some of the things I ordered so I substituted for other items. I got to the window, paid and got my coffee and after asking for my app order they handed me the bags. THANK GOODNESS that I checked the bags first, all bags and donut box were wrong with some items missing completely and some were substituted for things that they didn't communicate about or even ask for my opinion with it (which if they did I would have told them that no one in my household eats the substation they picked). The person at the window told me that they can't control the app which I understand but they can control giving people wrong food and leaving food off ( which apparently was due to the fact that they ran out of croissants so I guess instead of communicating and asking if I wanted a bagel version, they thought it'd be easier to just not give it or say anything). I ordered a coffee, a 1/2 dozen donuts plus 3 brownie batter heart shaped donuts, snack bacon, donut holes 10 ct, and 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants and the only thing that wasn't wrong was the snack bacon. Incredibly slow for a drive thru and it wasn't because they were busy. The iced coffee was so so, nothing great. The food was on the greasy side, probably won't go back.

I would not give any stars to this establishment. I purchased 6 donuts on the app and when I went to pick them up, they were out of "those" donuts. They did not offer replacements, said no manager was working, told us to come back tomorrow for donuts (that I paid for today) and said they would "try" to give me a refund. I have yet heard back from local management although they claimed to email a resolution and closed my case, corporate will not get involved because it is a "local" issue and still have not received a refund. I would highly caution anyone from ever doing business with them (especially through the app). To charge for a product you did not receive borders on theft
