I can only rate the atmosphere. And one employee. I had a hundred and I asked if they had change for it. The employee didn't have it in his drawer and asked what I assume was the manager. Not sure how she could be a manager with her attitude but to the back she went, all pissed off that I asked for change for a 100. Came back and said that they didn't have change for that and I just asked why?She then Told me "please leave sir. We don't want people like you in Here.". I was just asking for change for a 100 dollar bill for buying 25 dollars in food from their establishment. They couldn't handle that and the "manager" told me to leave.Way to go firehouse. Way to hire top notch employees. Especially managers.

Don't bother. We've visited twice and paid for extra mushrooms on The Engineer both times only to receive about 4 total mushrooms on the medium sandwich; even got looked in the eyes to confirm there are extra mushrooms (to go order). Very little meat and always soggy. Not like other Firehouse Subs throughout the country. Not sure how this location is still in business under the Firehouse Subs brand.

This was the second time to this location, I came in on one of the last nights of employee training because I thought it was open already. I met the manager and he even gave me and my wife free subs to take home. I've been waiting a long time for a Firehouse Sub shop to get closer to me and it's finally happened, still a 12 mile drive but totally worth it. I'll definitely be a steady customer.

The light blonde hair woman was COMPLETELY DISGUSTING to me as I have never been there before and was only getting a pick up order for my father. She gave me a nasty look and rudely said what. No how can I help you nothing. The older woman rolled her eyes as I explained why I was there. They were both disgusting and made me feel so bad about not knowing what to do. The only nice person there was the young teenage boy with the butterfly necklace
Today, I placed an order online. The food is fine. It is really great food but very pricey. The worst part happened when my husband went in to pick it up. He was joking with the workers, and the older lady cussed at my husband!He jokingly said, "Seeing that I'm the only customer, my food is free, right?" The older lady SHOUTED, "OH HELL NO!" My husband replied, not yelling, but in a serious tone, "Don't cuss at me, woman!"She needs some serious discipline if she is going to continue to work in food service or any service dealing with the public.There were three workers, and she was the older of the three.

Delicious subs!!! My favorite is the Jamaican Jerk Turkey on fresh whole wheat!! The right amount of spice & heat!! This will be my go-to sub every time I eat here!! My husband had The Engineer & it's yummy too!!
Food was delicious. Staff left room for improvement. The boy who took our order sounded like Ben Stein. We watched him take 20 mins to add ice to drink machine. I've seen sloths with more enthusiasm. 3 or so tables had water on them with wet floor signs and we were the only people in there.
