I don’t particularly find myself remembering any service I get at fast food, but I was very happy with the service “April” gave me at the front counter. It felt like she truly enjoyed her job and wanted my experience to be the best it could be, despite it being something as simple as an early lunch. The energy at the restaurant in general seemed to be carried by her, and I very much appreciated that.

Excellent food. Bacon eggs cheese biscuit is the best around. Staff is fantastic. The lady working the drive through window… I think her name is “Sonya”. She is so kind, happy and cheerful. Makes buying food here even more enjoyable. Love this place.

Terrible customer service. Had to repeat our order to the cashier several times. Once our food did come out, we were missing items. When going back up to the counter to get those items, they were more concerned with a drive thru order waiting 4 minutes while I had been standing there longer for just an order of hashrounds. Not to mention DoorDash drivers cutting in front of actual diners. By the time I did get my food it was cold from waiting on my order. They need some help, desperately.
