Patties on burger was not hot as if it came straight off the grill. However the customer service was flawless! Shift Manager "George" was present at the counter when I arrived, and Hardee's is Blessed to have him as a LEADER at this location. He took my order while interacting with my children. He ensured all was well with the best Hardee's experience ever! GEORGE set the standard from this day forward!

Came here and pre-ordered my mail before I got here. The fries were freezing cold and so I asked the manager George if he could get those remade for me and he brought me some fresh fries. I told him this was my first time ever ordering from the lunch menu, and he said he would hate for me to have a bad experience. I was willing to pay for sauces, but he gave them to me for free, Y’all have an amazing manager on your team! Keep it up great customer service and thank you

Especially impressed with Q (master cook) who positively stated to the front line “let our awesome customers know their chicken will be up in 2 minutes” . What an amazing staff!!! Anybody with any self-respect will stay away from this Hardee's I walked in this evening and heard every employee including the manager on duty rattling off racial slurs towards people of color once I was noticed then they all disappeared into the back. I know I'm in the South but this is absurd this is 20/24

Every single time I come here my food is cold. I have no idea why.
They serve breakfast until 12 on Saturday and Sunday! We usually go around 11 on those days and it's been amazing the past 3-4 times we went!!! Thanks y'all!!

I know. A 5 on chain fast food. So understand I'm rating it that way.Just so far above all other chains. Breakfast is always great. Staff super friendly. Manager came over to check on us....that is a first.Solid in every way.Forgive the pic of the half eaten food. Completely forgot to grab photos before eating. Was just too good!!!

the cashier was obviously trying to pocket some money. i have her a 50 for something that cost 27 and she tried just giving me 3 and some change. if it was under 20 i could see the confusion but she got caught and you could see it in her face. the food had dog hair in it somehow and didnt even taste right before we found the hairs. huge let down on somewhere that has been consistently good.
