This location just completed a much needed renovation. The inside of the restaurant now contains new flooring,wall decorations and benches. Looks good. However on this visit after being seated found our table as the table right next to ours had left over food scraps littering the table and chairs. The floor appeared littering with bits of food, a couple of discarded napkins and some dropped silverware. I frequent this place often and gave seen it this unkempt. I am usually a fan of IHOP, this location in particular. I am not sure what the issue is, but this location needs to figure it out and fix it. There were only about 6 customers in the restaurant but the tables were dirty and our order took over 30 minutes to be delivered. The server was trying but this was beyond him, management needs to do better

So let's be honest..... it's a normal breakfast restaurant. I will say it's a great deal with kids, you always get full and I normally get their omelettes for myself.
