Came in as a dasher and while I was waiting on the order to be completed I purchased 2 canned Stubborn sodas. The case was not very cold so unfortunately the drinks weren’t either. I then asked for a cup for ice and was told I’d have to pay another $2.99 for that. I guess I’d understand if I hadn’t bought anything but I already purchased two drinks and now you want me to purchase another just to have some ice. That’s insane. I like Jersey Mikes and the food but that was not a good experience!

Went to JM this Sunday morning right at opening time.At exactly 10A, the OPEN SIGN was turned on, the door was unlocked and they were ready to do business!!!!The store was perfectly clean, the staff was very friendly, and all their uniforms were clean.Everyone in the store seemed genuinely determined to my food as ordered. The food was fresh and well-presented.Excellent experience at a time when excellent experiences are hard to come by!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was there with my family getting dinner and the guy that took our order was very friendly. It was until we got to the lady making our sandwich who was very impatient and rude looking at us like we were ridiculous for thinking about what we wanted on our sandwich. Using her hands in a motion pretty much telling us to hurry up. Let alone talking rude to her other employees ringing up another customer. If you don’t like your job or you are not good with customer service don’t work there .We were here on July 7/22/23 at 5:30And I hope whoever it was definitely gets talked to. If I could put a -1 for service I would .

Love the new design of the restaurant. The food was delicious. I enjoyed a giant cold cut sandwich with turkey, bacon and roast beef. I would definitely recommend this place.

The subs here are great, but we've found that getting our orders done correctly has been hit and miss. It usually depends on the employees working. Our more recent visits have been perfect.Parking: My favorite sub is the roast beef with provolone

My family ordered on the Jersey Mikes app. We ordered four subs with two of them without certain ingredients. Thankfully no one is allergic to anything but if someone asks for something to not be put on their sandwich, then it should not be put on there. Two of the four sub we ordered were wrong and will not be going again.

Can you say...food contamination? Meat and cheese being cut on the same slicer with no cleaning in between. Your cheese now has meat on it whether you wanted it or not. Cheese and meat have different shelf lives, that's why you don't mix the two. This allows bacteria from the meat to contaminate the loaf of cheese. This is how people get sick and the manager could care less. He was rude and dismissive and claimed that all Jersey Mike's do it that way. If that's the case, they will never see my money again! Horrible behaviour!
