Not the cheapest option around but the pizza is really good. We tried the thin crust and were impressed by the amount of toppings they put on. The cheese bread was decent but I probably wouldn’t order it again. The Ranch here is great.

Ordered a pizza. Said 45 minutes. Hour and a half goes by, I called. They said they sent a doordasher, even though I ordered from the Jets site itself, not DoorDash. The lady was mad rude. She literally hung up on my face when I asked if she knew how much longer it would be. This was in 4/2 @8:30pm. I almost got in my car and drove up there to talk to the manager.And of course the pizza was VERY COLD

Ordered at 6:25 pm and pizza was delivered at 8pm. Pizza was cold and had to be reheated. Upon calling store at the one hour mark was told they were short staffed and the rain was causing issues along with a high order volume.

Someone recommended the 4-Corners pizza (Chicago Deep Dish), so I bought one and it was great!It’s thick. I polished off three pieces and saved the other piece for dinner.I got the original non-flavored crust and it was awesome.I’ll be back for sure.

I work on post and we order jets often. The food is great and the staff is awesome.
Online it says you can order up to 3 sauces. But on the jets pizza side it only sends them the last one you picked. I brought this issue to the district managers attention. And he started to argue with me and tell me i was wrong that it only lets you pick one. Even after i showed it to him he was trying to make me feel as if i were wrong. When jets is the one in the wrong here. I understand they no longer add more than one sauce on their pizzas. But it doesnt show or tell the customer that. For him to sit there and try and explain to me how i was wrong is very Unprofessional. He should have Apologized for the misunderstand and said he would talk to Corporate office and have them fix this issue.

Ordered a Buffalo chicken ranch pizza and a small Hawaiian Pizza with meat on only half cost $40. I received a BBQ chicken pizza and a Hawaiian with meat on all of it. The store refused to remake the pizza or give me my money back. Hands down horrible experience. I will never come here again
