Love their subs but wish they'd put a bit more meat on them. They're known for having bare minimum meat and I wouldn't want to be known for that. But I appreciate them asking if I need a bag or not. That's being eco friendly in 2024...we need more businesses that care to ask that question. #

Doesn’t matter what your order. It will be wrong. I have ordered from here over 10 and have yet to get a correct order. I’m pretty easy going with what I get but when you order for kids and it’s wrong. It’s a pain.

Order from them all the time on the app pretty fast for the most part this time took almost 30 mins but that's fine to me my only problem is when I order I'm at work and they never cut it in half even though on the app I ask them to cause I eat half now and other half at home why have that option on there if your not gonna do it
They need more drivers. The last few times I've ordered its taken nearly or over an hour to receive my order. Food is always great, but their resources are insufficient for a company that praises its delivery speed.

I am giving this low review because I ordered through the mobile app for the first time and my order was not accurate like cheese missing in my sandwich that they charged me xtra for. It’s frustrating

Wish I could get my tip money back. Driver didn't follow directions and went to entirely wrong entrance. READ THE DARN INSTRUCTIONS.Follow up: They contacted me and told me tip would be reimbursed to me (whether or not that actually happens remains to be seen) and apologized. So I am upping my stars, because the food was good and I appreciate them owning the mistake. Thank you, JJ
