The restaurant was dirty, and the workers weren't too friendly at all one rolled her eyes at me when she saw me come to the counter to ask for some sweet tea since both containers was unsweetened. They didn't even give me my receipt waited in line for 10 minutes before anyone helped me. Also they need a better speaker system in the lobby the music sounded like It was full of static and only 1 speaker was working and it gave me a headache because of the static the music was good though but hard to hear as far as the food they messed up the order and it wasn't Warm at all the chicken Tasted old. I probably won't return to this location again

I placed an order online! Hoping you were ready when I arrive to pick her up! But the attitude of the person in front left a lot to be desired. He didn't even put my order right, he didn't give me any of the sauces I asked for!How are you going to eat fries without tomato sauce or chicken nuggets without dressings!Specialty chicken "extra crispi" was old chicken I fry again!

Rude cashier... My order was half of what I asked for... Never had this issue on KFC ALL AROUND US so I thursted and left and didn't notice until I got home... 6 chicken pieces missing, chicken sandwich missing, fries missing, 6 sauces missing and not even ketchup in the bag...If they want to recover this place they really need to re-train their people

The service was not good. Went through Drive thru when I went to give my order the person taking my order was talking to other staff and the other staff was talking and laughing so hard as well as the person taking my order that I had to give my order 3 times. Got to the window with the same thing going on and the meal came so quick that the food was in poor condition. I ordered the new chizza and a smash bowl. The chicken was cold and didn't have the flavor a KFC chicken should have. The sauce cold and the cheese was not melted one bit. The smash bowl had very little food in it none of it was worth the price. I was very disappointed in it.

Food is hit or miss 60/40. The crew is always slow, not to mention gloomy and unprofessional. The store is dirty, and fountain machine isn't sanitized. I hate to be the guy that says something about this place, but it could be way better. I hope to see some

I just went to order inside the restaurant, I was with my family, I was waiting for more than 20 minutes and they never attended to me. They just looked at me and changed their faces, a doordash, the young woman with long white hair, attended to him and ignored us. There were several employees, including one Moreno in the areas part, and NO ONE even bothered to come and assist us.

Get this awful restaurant rehired, had to order door dash 3 times because they kept giving my food to dashers that wasn’t for me. Then when I called the guy hung up in my face so as I continued to call back they finally answered. Find you some people that actually care about their job cause those folks aren’t it.

the extra crunchy chicken chunks had a biscuits in the same box and somebody texted a emoji on the mirror in the bathroom that made me laugh and laugh and the food tasted great to eat like the chicken my grandma saidVegetarian options: Biscuits

Womens bathroom was out of toilet paper, asked, and they said they were out. All trash cans were overflowing. Had to wipe my own table down and look for the least dirty sice they were all filthy. Service was ok. it seemed like I was an inconvenience to them. However, the food itself was very fresh and good. The problem there was that it took 25 minutes to get my food.
