Kroger was wonderful. I made a mistake and went to the wrong self-checkout. instead of ignoring me and or making me go to a different one the guy watching over the machines was very friendly. he grabbed my bags for me and then he went and cashed me out up in the front where he was. it was one of the best experiences I've had at Kroger ever. Thank you so much for again not letting me down Kroger! ?
2023: The store has turned itself around a little. The discounts and sales have gotten better and the customer service has improved (even the produce section has improved even though it was pretty great before).Unfortunately The Luai the sushi guy has left and while the new sushi people are friendly, the sushi is just not the same. They no longer make brown rice sushi and no more bean curd pockets. They now have pork buns that are actually pretty decent though.The kickin' krab...read full review

I found everything eventually. It's not easy to navigate. It doesn't seem to flow. I wandered a lot even with the directory signs, it feels like the floor plan is chaotic.
