Employees where average, 3 stars.Ordering - McDonald's wants you to order from a stupid screen, then please keep our order without complaining about it. 4.5 stars (would have been five stars if there were no screens).Food is average, a little disappointed that at 10:35 you can order a breakfast burrito, breakfast burritos are pre-read and microw aved, so about half of McDonald's have breakfast burritos all day.Trash on ground all over our side. 3 stars.Bathroom, needs major attention, no toilet paper, needs a paper towel holder. Needs generally cleaning.Baby changing station - They did have a baby changing station, but someone left because they couldn't find it, because it is hidden behind a door. Five stars for having changing table - 2 for hiding it so 3 stars.Kid-friendliness: Kids love happy meals

The drive through looked long so I ran in to get a large Coke. That's it. Just a large Coke. There was no one at the register and several people were waiting in line. After about 5 minutes someone finally came to the register to take orders. Several minutes later when it was my turn the lady barely acknowledged me and didn't give me a receipt. I waited at least 15 minutes, staring at drinks waiting behind the counter. No one was in view to ask about getting one of them so I continued to wait. Finally the lady on the register came again and I asked her if one of the drinks was mine. She gave me a look, grabbed one, and gave it to me without a word. I wasted roughly half an hour on a Coke, people! By the time I got it it was watery.

the wait time for food is a little crazy and the parking in the mobile order spaces to maintain wait times and getting orders out causes alittle chaos. the drive thru line is close to the mobile order spaces, so when people go to back out and everyone is in a hurry, it could cause wrecks if someone isn't paying attention. the people taking your order are very rude and impatient, and they have no organization with the orders being brought out to the people in the mobile orders spaces that have to pull over, who've ordered through the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: nice play area inside for kids to play in while parents wait for food or while parents or family eat.Wheelchair accessibility: close building parking and spacious for wheelchairs and motorized scooters.

Burger was squished near 2 dimensional, wait in lobby was greater than 20 minutes with only one 20 piece mcnugget order in front of me. Staff barely acknowledged either of us except to hand us food. Staff was being vulgar dropping f bombs at the front counter. Place lacked in hygiene class and serving a big Mac that meets what's expected when you order it. The lettuce was thicker than the meat.

Hit or miss, but overall my orders are always without a doubt messed up. Looking at the receipt and it’s right and then you look at the food and it’s not right. Why is quality control a difficult concept? It doesn’t matter if you are a fast food place, the expectation is that you do your job right and deliver a product correctly. Take a few seconds to review the receipt and the food before you send it out.This is by far a horrible McDonald’s. If you want better pay strive for better service first and the. Show your worth!

Terrible.went thru drive thru ordered mcchicken sandwich and told that I had a coupon for a free sandwich.tried to charge me for both.then told me I'd have to go inside.i did manager took my coupon and dissappeared.have been going there for years.will never go back again.they just lost a good paying customer.
