To say that I'm appalled by these past negative reviews is an understatement. The amount of work that goes into preparing a tea menu isn't the same as the restaurant industry. So for all of those that have showed up without reservations, that's on you and your ignorance. We called an hour before to make our reservations no problem. I was sad to see how empty the tea room was but I'm hoping that will change by having an authentic person to take the time to review the tea room....read full review
First time going. The visual atmosphere was nice. Employees were very nice and informative. The desserts, tea, and soup were very good. The photos online and in the menu photos were very deceiving. The sandwiches are not assorted. You choose one type of sandwich. I went with a cucumber sandwich, tasted like ranch dressing, and very find chopped cucumber. It didn't care for it. This place is amazing. We had a small party for our daughter, and we were all surprised. Tea was amazing, food was delicious and abundant. Staff is wonderful. Absolutely recommend for tea time or lunch dates.
