My parents and I visited this place after only being open for three weeks, so take this review a bit lightly with the understanding they are just getting started. Still, this was our experience. We had reservations for 6. We arrived shortly before and were told it would be a wait. That wait turned into 50 minutes but fortunately they have an amazing tasting room and store. After being sat, it took some time to be approached by a server. We ordered our food and all was well; however, my food didn't come out till 20 minutes after my parents. They obviously forgot about my order and the chicken was nothing special after the king wait. I ordered a chocolate flavored old fashioned that tasted like straight whiskey. Not complaining, but definitely no hint of chocolate. The prime rib egg rolls were great!

Just left and honestly really disappointed. I had come to this restaurant a few weeks ago for an event held by my workplace and the service and food were impeccable; however, we used the rented space upstairs, food was paid for by my company, etc. I had the prime rib egg rolls, duck fat fries, bbq burnt ends, grilled smoked salmon, and a salad during this event and I thought the food was great. Fast forward to tonight- I came for dinner this evening to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and it was one of the most below average restaurant experiences both of us have had. Alex was our server, and while she was super nice and polite, she continually leaned onto our table whenever she checked in with us and was inches away from our face each time. Every interaction was uncomfortable and more check-ins does not equal better service. Not only that but a hold was placed on our food so our app and entree did not arrive at the same time. Alex made it seem like she would get each course out in a timely manner so I did not question it and went with the flow (I personally don’t care if all dishes arrive at once). Due to human error (which I understand from having personally worked in the restaurant biz), she did end up forgetting to push our entrees through. Nbd; however, this was another uncomfortable close-up visit from Alex informing us. I honestly would have preferred if she lied to us and used an excuse like “we’re busy tonight” and left it short and sweet. To make our anxiety and uncomfortableness worse, her manager/supervisor began helicoptering over our table when we genuinely did not mind that the food was late- again, it was my fiancés birthday and I just wanted to spend time with him, the food did not matter to me. Before OUR food arrived, a food runner had begun to drop us off the wrong order before our server Alex stopped him. Another guest this evening near a table next to us informed us that that was the third incident of the same food runner that evening. When our food finally did arrive it was genuinely unappetizing. Before I wrote this review I went to the website and saw this restaurant advertises “made-from-scratch-dishes.” What we ate was far from that. My fiancé ordered the BBQ chicken Mac and cheese and it looked and apparently tasted like a frozen microwave meal. There was hardly any chicken in the dish itself and the sprinkled cheese on top did not melt. I ordered the BBQ chicken quesadilla and I lost my appetite after 2-3 bites. I am honestly a health freak and processed foods freak me out. Both dishes tasted frozen. Due to our not so great experience, they offered us free dessert to-go (we also sampled a free chocolate cake slice before dinner arrived, which tasted like a stale brownie). We selected the giant cinnamon roll and were both excited to try it. When we got home and opened the box, the cinnamon roll was/is basically an over baked brick and neither of us have or plan on taking a bite. Very upset and disappointed that I recommended this restaurant so highly to him just for our experience to turn out this way. I know this is a new restaurant and there are processes still needing to be sorted out. But again as a paying customer, I regret coming here. I tipped Alex near 20% because I know how restaurant biz is but please get your staff, meals, and overall experience together. This is an amazing and beautiful building/space so I give 5 stars to that. I did enjoy the prime rib egg roll appetizer (however probably frozen as well), but unfortunately we will not be returning to this restaurant due to our overall experience.

Great space and good service. The food is average. The drinks are the smallest pour per dollar I have seen in any distillery. They could take a lesson from Uncle Nearest for a real craft

My recent visit to Old Glory Distilling Co. was a journey into the heart of Tennessee's rich whiskey heritage, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the rustic yet inviting tasting room, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance of the distillery exuded warmth and authenticity, with reclaimed wood accents and copper stills adding to the charm of the space. The knowledgeable staff greeted me with enthusiasm and passion for their craft, eager to share the story behind each carefully crafted spirit. The tasting experience was truly exceptional, with a wide range of handcrafted spirits to sample. From smooth bourbons to flavorful ryes, each spirit showcased the distillery's commitment to quality and craftsmanship. The tasting flights offered a curated selection of their finest offerings, allowing me to explore the depth and complexity of their portfolio. One highlight of my visit was the behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery, where I gained insight into the art and science of whiskey-making. Seeing the distillation process firsthand and learning about the care and attention to detail that goes into each batch was both fascinating and inspiring. In addition to their exceptional spirits, Old Glory Distilling Co. also offers a variety of events and activities, including live music performances and cocktail classes. I went to the restaurant on Feb 25. The experience was a bit depressing. I made a reservation online but when I went to check in, I was told it would be an additional 15 minutes since they were waiting on staff. After being seated, the waitress took our order and brought our appetizer quickly. She was pleasant. The brisket burnt ends were really tender but sweet. After this course, they brought our entrees. We had ordered the burger and the brisket sandwich. Unfortunately, they brought the food to the wrong table before they brought it to us. The waitress accidentally gave me a prime rib sandwich instead. She said she was sorry took it away and never returned. About 15 minutes later, I spotted her again and asked where my sandwich was. She responded that they were still working on it and it was busy. After another 5-10 mintues, I got her attention again and told her to just tell them to make it to go since my husband was finished eating. After another 5-10 mintues, I was going to cancel the order but the manager comes over and says she will comp the sandwich and also give us a dessert. However, after 10 more minutes, there was no sandwich nor a dessert. I flagged the waitress down again so I could pay and leave without the food at this point. She took my card and charged me for the sandwich! So I went and found the manager, who refunded me for the meal and promised that the meal was in fact coming. After waiting 5 additional minutes, we decided it wasn't worth it and left. For the parts they got right, it was amazing but I don't think they can handle mixups yet. Everyone was nice and the food we did get was great.

I was pretty disappointed in my meal here, my whole family was really excited to try it. The brisket sandwich and appetizers were good, but the mac and cheese was inedible to every person in my family. We ended up having to dump it. No chicken, no bacon, no breadcrumbs, and it was super oversalted. I don't think the place is horrible, but I wouldn't go again.

We went to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday! We made reservations which helped a lot, but we did have to wait a little bit of time but no issue for us. We got seated and had to wait a while for a server to come by, once a server come we got water and ordered our drinks. The water was definitely tap water not good at all! Food was amazing though and the staff was friendly!!! The tacos were absolutely amazing!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant that left me absolutely amazed. The food and service were exceptional, and I couldn't help but appreciate how the chef and kitchen staff have brought unique smoked flavors to our town while still maintaining the traditional essence of southern cuisine. The menu at this restaurant is truly an adventure, offering a variety of popular food items with a new twist that brings a fresh taste to Clarksville. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Not only was the food outstanding, The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. (My opinion a bit to much present at the table, while we were having conversations) but their friendly and professional demeanor added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. In addition to the fantastic food and drinks, the ambience of the restaurant was superb. The seating arrangement provided a comfortable and intimate setting, allowing for a truly enjoyable dining experience. The attention to detail in the decor and atmosphere further enhanced the overall ambiance.I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The combination of exceptional food, impeccable service, and inviting ambience makes it a must-visit destination. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this restaurant is sure to leave a lasting impression.

Good food, good service, cool atmosphere. They have a restaurant and bar on one side, another bar and store on the other side with a distillery in the middle. You can take a tour of the distillery. The store side has lots of Old Glory flavors for sale. You can order a flight to help you decide what flavor to buy. There is also some really unique merchandise to purchase. I look forward to going back.

First of all, make a reservation! Don't try to just walk in. This place is jam-packed. Rightfully so! The food was great! We tried the giant cinnamon roll. It was delicious! I had shrimp tacos also delicious. The pulled chicken sand which my son had looked delicious and he ate all of it. The breakfast burger was so good as was the grinder. Our server was super sweet and attentive. Go try this place!Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and they have kids menus and crayons available.

Food took forever and our drinks came after we already ate. Our server john was drunk and never brought our side dish, We was with a group and someone knew him and said he is the guy who sells coke at the bar every night. Definitely won't be coming back after hearing that we paid our tab and left. Really disgusting the kind of people you hire.

Food that we ordered was delayed. Then when it arrived, was cold and not even what we had ordered. Took almost an hour to get our order correct. I realize they are new to the restaurant business. But think this needs to be fixed.

The food, atmosphere, and waitress were awesome. Only had an issue with food arriving in incorrect order & one of the entrees being made wrong twice. It was a packed Friday night, so it can happen, and they did comp the one entree. Would still love to return and make it a 5-star review!Edit: Went again, and still, some things were wrong but better than the first time. The person at the pass needs some improvement. Changed from 3 to 4 stars.

Had a 5 pm reservation, was seated around 5:40. Waited a while until a waitress came to the table in which she apologized but said it was due to being made to run around to look for something they didn’t even have (not professional to complain to customers). Alcoholic drinks arrived at table before soft drinks; had to remind the waitress we hadn’t received those yet. One order was put in incorrectly. Took 15 minutes to hunt down the waitress and all she did was take the cold burger to the cooking staff and they added the missing bacon to the same sandwich. The brisket was more like a roast. Pasta order did not come with crostini as listed in menu; when mentioned she said they were out. They were also out of the only dessert our table requested, the carrot cake. Atmosphere was great, food subpar. For the price, extremely disappointing.
