It’s okay but it’s not great. Great used to be a staple of Panera. Now it’s overtly safe. The ones in St. Louis were a little bit better. I believe there needs to be small changes here to improve the overall quality.

I am amazed how gross this Panera is. No customers, yet all but one table was dirty. They sent my chili out a total mess. The floor was gross. Again, there are no customers, so someone should have been cleaning up.

Went to Panera at 6:30 in the evening. All I wanted as well as my kids was a bread bowl and soup. They were sold out of all breads, had to settle for the pizza. Pizza was swrved quickly however it was cold. Last time I eat here.

We ordered a baker's dozen of plain bagels for drive-thru pickup. We got a notification that the order was ready before we got to the store, and when we got there (on time for the scheduled pickup time) we sat in the drive through line for 15 more minutes. Once arriving at the window we were told the order wasn't ready because "they have a lot of bagel packs" and we continued to have to wait another 5 or so minutes. Once we got home we discovered that they shorted us 3 bagels.
This has got to be the rudest Panera Bread establishment I've visited. I wish there was another one closr to me because the customer service, overall, is awful!! My orders are always wrong, and due to such, I never wanted to let them know that I am a Panera Bread rewards member.

Came kinda late on a Wednesday night, grabbed our AMAZING food and sat down to eat. Prudence and Mel, the two fun workers came up to help with my two sons who rarely listen. They even played with my kids (in the best way possible) and got them to eat all their food somehow. Went above and beyond their job description and it made me want to come almost every day. Sweetest girls alive!

I visited 2 Panera Bread locations in 4 days. I ordered the identical large chicken cobb salad in both locations. The first one was in Clarksville TN. When I got back to my hotel room, the salad definitely looked skimpy but it was too late to complain. Yesterday I went to the Panera Bread in Killeen TX and the minute I looked at it, I realized it was perfect- exactly the way it should be presented! Photo of the perfect salad below. Note to Clarksville TN - stop skimping and add all the ingredients that should be there!
