The quality of the food keeps going down. The crust is paper thin on one side and deep dish thick on the other. When they cut the pizza, one piece is a quarter of the pizza and another piece is a tiny triangle. This will be my last time ordering from here.

Had an order for carry out and one of the pizzas was prepared incorrectly. Not only did they fix the mistake but they offered to deliver it. Mistakes happen but the fact that they went above and beyond to correct it means everything.
The pizza just wasn’t good this time. It is usually our favorite but we will be trying other pizza places. We are new to Clarksville but not new to TN. Maybe they had an off night.

The customer service is friendly, outgoing & professional. As for me specifically, I was pleased that the Papa Johns Team informed me that they would delay the making of my pizza so I could go to Starbucks to get my drinks. That was a big deal for me because I always eat last & I haven’t had hot pizza in several years when I’m not dining in a restaurant. I thank the entire team of Tiny Town Papa Johns on all the wonderful pizza I have purchased from you & I hope your business continue to prosper.

Beware Clarksville Tiny Town travelers…I was going through the back of the restaurant when I was almost hit by a delivery driver. He came within feet of my car. And when I stopped, he blamed me, screamed at me.I had the right of way. He should have stopped and looked for oncoming traffic. This man shouldn’t be a delivery driver for anyone.According to several other people I’ve talked to at a business down the street, this is a common occurrence at this location. The manager didn’t take the complaint seriously, so a phone call was made to corporate. They took it seriously. ?

When its good the pizzas come out great… but I’ve had other times here where the cheese and sauce are not even on the pizza, crust is smashed and extremely thin.
