Wonderful attitude and polite, we truly enjoyed our visit … our food came out in a timely manner and was very tasteful, we definitely will return and recommend to anyone wanting great food friendly staff… Manager was awesome!!! … we ordered Philly Steak Sandwiches !!! The Cookie was a top tier soft and hit the spot !!!

Food is great, some service was good and others could be better. My husband religiously sticks with the Philly and I always get a grilled club sub. Our kids get a variety of things and we've never heard them complain about getting Penn Station! When we went Friday, the prices did surprise me but I feel that's anywhere we go nowadays. Our sandwiches were plenty full of ingredients and the fries were delicious.

Sandwiches and fries are ok. But the service is not the best. They don’t seem to have their system down and it will take some time to get your food. One guy in particular seemed to be waiting a long time (over 15 min) for his food while we were there. The atmosphere is also not the best because it’s kind of dark, albeit clean. Overall just not a great experience, and I think we could get similar or better sandwiches elsewhere.

My husband works in Clarksville n today 4 lunch they ordered Penn station (he doesn't kno if It was ordered from jeffersonville or clarksville BTW) n he got A hoagie with Swiss cheese and 5 pickles. THATS IT ?Idk if that's stupidity or laziness Either way, it's unacceptable and I will spread this news cuz I should! Been in the bar/service indust for 35 yrs SMH

Terrible. Waited over 25 minutes for a Philly cheese steak and a coke. Food mediocre, not terrible. Tge kicker? Over $19.50!!!!!! Not worth half that. No chips, staff is nusy on cell phones to boot. Never, Never again.

The name makes it sound like it's gong to be some cool, interesting sub shop. It's not, really. We really liked the bread, but the subs themselves were just "decent". A bit overpriced for what you get, in my opinion. I'd have it again, but only if you were buying... The restaurant was decently clean, but the staff didn't see overly thrilled to be working there. Not rude or anything, but just a kind of "dead inside" vibe.
