Honestly so disappointing. Hockey rink concession stand meals at Nashville brunch prices. Every thing we ordered seemed to come from the freezer and was either microwaved or deep fried. The chicken and waffles was 4 small deep fried chicken wings and one ice cold waffle with a tablespoon or two of blueberries. The fish and chips was essentially a fish stick and a bowl of super hard greasy fries that were so salty we couldn’t finish them. Wanted the croissants to be like the fresh delicious ones you get at “Cheddars” put it just seemed like they got some store bought dense croissants with some maple syrup and powdered sugar on top. They were hard to cut through. We were here hoping to grab a quick bite to eat and were there for an hour and a half. We ended up eating with our hands because they took our silverware halfway through and were never out of the kitchen. My feet were sticking to the floor and one of my plates was dirty. Would never come here again. They did comp our two entrees as they should have. Hopefully they do better in the future- I’m not sure how it has so many great reviews. Maybe the tea is great, I don’t drink tea. I wish I would have taken photos.

What a weird experience.I went in to get a to-go order, and while the servers were initially attentive, it seemed like they were training or something, cause they all kept huddling in the back and peeking out the doorway. They seemed very overwhelmed, even though the restaurant wasn’t full.I gave the order directly to the “chef,” and I was surprised when a server brought it out, set it down and walked away without saying anything. Part of it was missing, so I stood at the counter for a while waiting for someone to bring me the $4 side of fruit I ordered, only to find out after several minutes that the two tablespoons of fruit in with my sandwich was the “side of fruit.” Ok, a little overpriced, and it also had powdered sugar on it, which seems unnecessary for fruit, but whatever. I got back home and discovered that my “turkey club with bacon” was just two pieces of white bread with a Kraft single, some lettuce and some turkey. No bacon, as was advertised on the menu, no mayo, no tomatoes…definitely not a club sandwich. The fries served with it were super soggy. I threw it out and got food elsewhere. My husband’s shrimp and grits was ok, he said, if you didn’t eat the shrimp.I guess maybe you go here for tea and cocktails, not food?

Absolutely adorable place to get food at! Had lunch here with a robust selection of tasty teas! The Chai was delicious. ✅ vegetarian options here! I recommend the Roasted Feta and Olives. It comes with some bread and was seasoned perfectly and had some delicious olive oil in the dish to dip bread in! Very reasonable prices here!

I went here march 24, 2024 at 4:30pm and had the worst experience ever. First me and my two cousins ( which I may add is from Memphis tn coming out to Clarksville to visit) . We first walked in and stood by the host stand for literally 5-10 mins ( not exaggerating) and remind you it wasn’t busy. They had two customers in there, TWO! So it wasn’t no reason for the wait. Finally when we got seated , we finally received service . Everything was going smoothed until I ordered a vanilla milkshake with the cotton candy on top and it was very Watery and very disgusting. And I tried to send it back but the manger wouldn’t let me and I was very upset since I was a first time customer this was very disappointing. And my cousin also had hair in her food , A LONG PIECE OF HAIR. I will never come back here again , food was mid , service bad

I wanted to take my daughter here for her 1st birthday. Just a simple tea party in a cute environment for great pictures. Unfortunately that wasn’t able to happen and I had to throw something last minute together to celebrate my daughter’s birthday . I arrived at the establishment with my daughter and a double stroller for the baby bag and her. the building was too small to accommodate that which was fine. It’s a really big stroller so that was understandable. It’s a very small entranceway when you come in and there’s three steps kind of a tight area if it’s not just you. I was greeted by a gentleman who first asked me how many people. To which I said two adults and 1 baby. I can’t remember exactly what he said but it was along the lines of having reservations today and only 1 person on the floor but he would see if he could sit me. I say okay. but I was confused because the website says “ doesn’t do reservations “ because had I known that I would have made a reservation. So I’m waiting for what feels like 10 minutes and the gentleman still hadn’t returned . I’m holding my 1 year old baby. We are both dressed up for a tea party some of the customers that were already seated were starting to stare then I got the feeling that maybe the host was just in the back waiting for me to leave instead of coming out and telling me that no they couldn’t seat me today because I was waiting so long I decided to just leave my daughter was getting restless and heavy it was time to go. what I am mostly frustrated with about this situation is the fact that I called on Friday to ask about their busy hours and the person who answered the phone says they slow down around 3 o’clock I came at 3:20 and when we were on the phone he did not mention that they do reservations I just felt like my day, and my daughters first birthday was completely ruined, and wasted by a simple lack of miscommunication and consideration of someone’s time while having them wait at the front I was really looking forward to trying this place out maybe one day in the future I will give it another chance .

We came in for my friends birthday and EVERYTHING was amazing!! Sauce was so patient with us since it was our 1st time here, explaining everything and giving suggestions! He also took pictures for us and was soooo sweet! We loved the tiers so we could share a few different things between us 4! The food was so yummy, we got the brunch tier and the high tea tier! Sauce also got us a cupcake for my friends birthday!! We will be coming back!!

The vibe and atmosphere is really nice, however the food tasted like boxed frozen food. I had the Margarita pizza and it wasn’t anything less than a Toni’s frozen pizza with tomatoes on top and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The wings my sister had were straight from a box, however the shrimp and grits that my cousin had is the best thing on the menu. The service was mediocre, although they were extremely nice the manager, the cook, and Ken in the beginning. Ken became very dismissive. We would call his name and he would just keep walking. We asked for water and ordered our drinks and were forgotten about. However, a party of women came in of a different race and were attended to before my party was. I was there at least 30 to 40 minutes before the other party got there and wasn’t offered a cup or water and then after the rest of my party arrived, we were all there at least 15 minutes before the other party of women arrived, placed our drink orders and the other group of women still got their water and a beverages before my party. It was very unprofessional at that point and we kept our cool because we’re ladies first, however it did leave a bad taste in our experience and we will not be back. Oh yeah, and we still tipped above the gratuity that was added to our checks. Because that’s just how we roll, could have been more if we didn’t feel the shift. All and all, check this place out, you may love it. The manager and cook are extremely nice and polite. Ken, is too however at some point he became diva’ish.

Came in and waited to be seated without being greeted or told “we’ll be with you shortly.” My family and I stood there for about 5 mins before anyone said anything. The manager/owner was too busy entertaining her friends rather than greeting us or serving us great customer skills. After being seated we didn’t get our menus til about 15 mins later. Gave our order waited almost an hour just for a group behind us to receive their food and drinks before us and they came in a few minutes after us. The tower drink is $40 dollars and it’s nothing but juice with a pinch of cheap alcohol. The tea was great! We had the chicken and waffles which was okay. The atmosphere was cute and aesthetic. It is small. Very cute place but customer service was awful.
