The reataurant appeared empty when we first went in. We had to go to the counter to order and pick up the food for dine in. When we finished eatting we tried to diapose of trash but there was no trash cans and the employees werent allowed to come out to the dining area. It was peaceful but weird. Food was good.

I have been ordering pizza from here for the last 5 year without any issues but so far this year it’s just been absolutely awful. The last two times I ordered not only did they give me the wrong pizza but it took them 2 hours to deliver it and the pizza was not even close to being warm.. I think we are done with this Pizza Hut.

Very friendly staff. Every time I go to this Pizza Hut it is always warm inside even when it's hot outside. I don't like the fact due to the virus I'm guessing when you order a drink you get a 20 ounces instead of a cup, so if want a refill you have to buy another drink. Other than that the food is pretty good.

It's a pizza hut. Not the best customer service I've gotten from a pizza hut but it's a close second in Clarksville. Best Pizza Hut in Clarksville is on Tiny Town road.

Pizza Hut has good food and a variety of desirable food but they have terrible service. One person answering the phone and the drive up window and the walk up carry out orders. Too much.I would go there more often if their service wasn't so bad. But it is and always is. Too bad.

Very poor customer service by the manager! We pre-ordered our pizza at 3:45 to be delivered at 5:00 p.m. We got a text message at 4:32 saying our order was out for delivery.... by 5:20 our pizza was still to here. We call the store and the lady calls the delivery driver to see where they are. The driver pulls up and our pizza is COLD and the cheese is HARD. We sent it back of course. We called the manager and she was very hostile and blamed it on us!! Ridiculous. We will not be going back for sure.
Poor quality management Had a delivery of pasta and breadsticks Pasta tin had no lid, mind you there is a global pandemic. The breadsticks were fair but overcooked. This place passes off watered down tomato sauce as marinara sauce. Ive had better from little caesars

I usually get good pizza for the most part, but the last pizza i got was a supreme, it was undercooked, they seem to get the pizza ready really quickly, I have pics , if I can figure out how to post them ,were i can take the toppings off and move and mold the dough, so nasty, it looked like some of my toppings was thrown in after the fact, with my extra cheese, please dont try to rush the pizza, to give to the delivery guy, bc it took a extra 30 + minutes to get the pizza, after the system said , out for delivery, have my pizza cooked right,even if it takes longer, if Im going to wait longer.
