Got the 5pc chicken tender combo. Chicken was severely undercooked. Cold as ice in the middle. That was after sitting in line for 20 minutes. This is the 3rd time I've been to this location and all 3 times the food was bad. Won't be coming to this one anymore.

Each time I have Popeyes it's always delicious!! Very tasty and presented well. The wait time can vary but it's due to the high demand I'm sure. I've always been treated with respect and this combination is why I keep coming back.Thank you Popeyes ❤️?

I do doordash for a living and I'm also a transgender women so it's already frightening to go out in public as it is but as I was picking up my order all the girls in there were snickering and laughing at me because I was trans this is very unprofessional as a business and I will be filing a complaint with corporate and possibly a hate crime lawsuit against this establishment this was in called for

Went here at 6pm, and let me tell ya... never again. I spent $35 on three meals, and the biggest portion was the biscuits. I ordered the 1/4 lb shrimp and 2 tenders, my wife ordered the shrimp tackle box, and my daughter ordered the 3 piece tender. I had a handful, MAYBE of shrimp, my wife got 5 of the 8 shrimp, and my daughter got 3 tenders that were all the size of chicken nuggets. No use in going in and complaining either as the crew was SUPER rude even in the drive thru. All in all, I will NECER be doing business with this location again. Save your money and go to Zaxbys for more food cheaper.

Doesn't have what they advertised in all locations! This needs to be posted on their website! I went to my nearest one for breakfast and found out they don't have breakfast yet alone what I actually wanted! I will never go back to that

Huge wait times they don’t care about mobile pickups or there wait times once there out of sides they will not make more even though they are open for 6 more hours and they close 20 to 30 mins early employees are more concerned playing and arguing than doing a job when they are extremely backed

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The place and the employees at the Ft. Campbell location are trash. I'm an Uber Eats delivery driver and I just came to pick up my customers order. The lady at the window said they were out of fries and said "I need you to call them and ask for a substitution. I was already texting the customer and asking them what they would like as a substitute and they responded right away and asked me to ask what they have. He then told me to ask for mashed potatoes. As soon as he responded the lady opened the window and shoved their food right in my face before I got the chance to tell them what he wanted. I asked them why they are handing me the food before he got the substitute he wanted and she said "Well you're taking too long so i replaced it for him. I told you to call them" but there were no cars behind me or in the line at all and i was only at the window for not even 2 minutes. AND you don't chose what their side is for the customer. The customer decides. It's not your good or your money. So give the customer what they ask for. And I already knew they were out of fries because my boyfriend went there 10 minutes before me and he told me they were out of fries. That's why I texted the customer. He gave me his response right after I got to the window. Then the manager came to the window and told me to leave before I even got my customers right order, so I stayed at the window until I got what the customer wanted. They continued to yell and curse at me, but I didnt budge cuz I don't take crap from careless people who don't care about anyone but themselves. All they wwre doing was talking and laughing at me and not doing their jobs. I care about what my customers want . And I'm going to get what they asked for and paid for. To everyone who does delivery and to everyone who even thinks about going to popeyes at ft. Campbell, DO NOT GO THERE! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO THERE!!! You will get treated like trash from very trashy people and you will waste your money because you will not get what you ordered.
