I'm very big on customer service. Emanuel was an excellent waiter. His knowledge of the menu and drinks was awesome. I've been to several places and the customer service wasn't all that. He went above and beyond. I watched how he dealt with other customers with respect. And not once try to make it the best experience while being here. He would be the main reason why I'd go back. Now the food wasn't what I expected it to be. It came out hot but greasy. And the kitchen forgot our coleslaw, which we didn't realize till later on. The drinks were OK. Not nothing to brag about. Emanuel, though, needs to be in management so that he can teach others how to interact with others. Big ups to him

Everything was really good.Hubby got the new Margarita Flight. Came with 3 different margaritas. We thought they were big glasses for a flight and well worth getting.We both had lobster tails and shrimp Alfredo.All we're very good. I'm glad they have cut back in the salty seasoning. We had to stop going for awhile because it just tasted to salty.We had cheese sticks for our appetizer.Always good at Red Lobster.

Food was good, but nocked off a star because we had to wait for 20 minutes to be seated till the 5 pm shift change. Way over half the tables were empty. Obviously understaffed on servers. The shrimp scampi and lobster tails special was well prepared and had a good flavor.

Running a special where you buy a main entree, you can take a pasta alfredo or a specific salad to go for $6.00 add chicken for $4.00. Add Shrimp for $5.00. Some genius decided it would be a good idea to bury cajun spice in the bottom of our chicken alfredo to go. Definitely intentional because you could not see it on top when opening the container. Though we appreciated our server, who was more than pleasant, it took an hour to get our food, then to have our to go food intentionally disturbed..... Never again. Unfortunately , I cannot give more stars on service. By no fault of the young lady who served our table.

My wife, daughter, and I went here to relax and enjoy the endless shrimp. I should have known that we should have left after we received our drinks. Someone must have mixed tea and coffee together, because our Sweet Tea tasted like Coffee. We didn't get our sweet teas until we had already received our main dishes. We ordered the Mozzarella Sticks, Ultimate fest (with Atlantic Salmon and crab legs), and two of the unlimited endless shrimp. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they were frozen and someone took them and used a microwave to cook them. The Salmon was under seasoned. The crab legs did not break. they just kept bending and bending and bending like a rubber tree. The baked potatoes were undercooked and still raw. The Shrimp on the skewer questionably raw. Needless to say for 145$, we understandably felt that we were overcharged for the quality of what we received. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone else based on the quality of the food we received and the price that was charge.

Sadly, it's become hit and miss when you go now. This last time, my husband was served rotten broccoli. We sent it back and I would swear they just added more butter and turned the rotten pieces over. Also not a fan of them changing from coke to pepsi.
Not very happy with this restaurant. The lobster was mushy. You couldn't taste alcohol in the alcoholic beverages. And our server was good when she didnt disappear.
