Food quality has gone down recently and the price only goes up. I understand Bidenomics, but what does that have to do with getting overcooked food? No longer recommended.

Me and one of my besties came in for dinner about 430pm. It wasn't too busy at that time. Service was excellent as usual. Hunter served us and we even had a special roll made by Kristen. Everyone at Rice Box is super friendly and aims to please. We started with the special roll and an order of steamed dumplings and soup. For our entrees we had hibachi steak noodles and house special hibachi noodles with chicken, shrimp and beef. Everything was delicious as usual. Also put in a ToGo order to take home. Will definitely be back for more soon! King has a wonderful staff.Parking: Plenty of arking in front of restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Booster seatsWheelchair accessibility: Ramp in front of restaurant.

This was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever tasted. The white lady at the front desk with the horrible makeup got smart with me and said “well we’ve been here for 13 years and are ranked #1 in Clarksville”. We got the Seafood delight. They gave us 1 small lobster that looked like a piece of shrimp, the shrimp was not cooked it was completely fresh, it tasted like fresh out the ocean. The white slime stuff was gross it looked like dirty dish water. The scallops were nasty, the Fried rice was dry, and the crab was imitation. I spent $24 And they claim they processed a refund to my card, but the receipt they gave me didn’t say it was a voided transaction. If I don’t get my pending refund to my account by tonight as they claim, I will be back up there tomorrow! - 12/29/23

Seriously one of the best hidden gems of Clarksville. I absolutely love Japanese food and have been eating at Rice box pretty much exclusively since ordering for the first time last year. I just lucked out that I only live 15 minutes down the road and then I don't have to drive across town anymore to get authentic Japanese or Chinese food at a moment's notice. Excellent prices, excellent food, excellent service. Can't beat it

This is a place for high-school girls to hang out with there friends, giggle and ignore the other customers. The menu is huge! I had vegetables chicken and rice, the chicken was unidentifiable like it had been tenderized as would a cube steak. Odd atmosphere and if you like being ignored this is your spot!Parking: It's in a grocery store parking lot.

First please be aware that the door to the business is not safe. The door will slam close due to the closer not being set correctly. The ambiance is pleasant. When we arrived at 8 on Friday we were only ones in. It should have been enough of a red flag......the freshly mopped floor was like an ice rink. Even after it dried, it was slick. The food started with hot and sour that had a burnt soy sauce twang. One of 2 bowls left untouched.Eggrolls were excellent. The entrees ordered were $15 to $17. The general tso was underwhelming portion for $17 and it had a twang (tobasco twang?)that led to leaving 1/3 left untouched. The triple delight with brown sauce was the other entry. It was proportioned well and looked great.........absolutely no flavor. Was sent back uneaten. After that, the service disappeared.Lunch may be an OK value, but dinner left us hungry and bad twang of taste in mouth.

This is my FAVORITE Chinese food place in the area. The spring rolls are so crispy and delicious and the chicken and broccoli is superb. They have delicious egg drop soup, too. I always get excellent customer service and I love the way that the owner seems to be happy to see me. Even though I live in Sango, I am willing to drive to come to this place.

They are finally open for sit down service again.I had lunch there today and while the food and service was good the atmosphere was not.The music was country . The place is in the country but I have never heard country music in any Asian establishment.I'm also not a fan of TV where I eat and the selection was cartoons and western movies. In the past they served soup and salad but now it is either one or the other .While I do not blame them ,they now charge a service fee for credit cards

Been coming here 6 years, ever since moving in down the street. The dining room is thoughtful and classy. The service staff are very welcoming and professional. Best egg drop soup I’ve ever had and the Black Pepper Chicken is the fire. Rice Box does not disappoint.

We’ve tried this place twice now, and the service is SUPER slow. Takes over 20 minutes to get appetizers. And almost an hour for the meal.FYI the yum yum is pink and does not taste good!

We strayed away from our usual Best Pho House to try it here. I have heard great things so I was looking forward to it. Menu prices were kinda high. We ordered 3 kids meals which does not include their drink. We got the chicken bento box which included soup or salad, fried rice, pot stickers, spring roll and California roll. It was supposed to be 2 each of the pot stickers and spring rolls, it was only 1 spring roll and 3 pot stickers. The sushi did not taste fresh. The portion sizes were extremely small. We also got Szechuan beef with veggies and fried rice. There was a lot of onions and carrots but barley any mushrooms and peppers. It was not spicy at all, my 1 year old was eating it. Overall, the food wasn't that great. It was very plain and we left still hungry. There is also a service fee for using a debit card which I didn't see posted anywhere. We will not be back and will stick with our usual where we know the food is great and we won't leave hungry.
