I used to love this place, but the menu continues to get updated, and the good things just get taken off, so it's not really my first choice anymore.Parking: easy parking and a lot of spaces to parkKid-friendliness: pretty good kids menu options but certainthings like adding chicken to a cheese quesadilla for my daughter was cheaper to do an adult meal than to add chicken to a kids meal.Wheelchair accessibility: front parking like most restaurants and spacious aisle to get to table or both and friendly staff to accommodate you if things need to be moved around so you're more comfortable.

Would have been better off going next door to Arby's.Terribly understaffed. Our soup obviously sat in a window somewhere as it had a skin on it when it arrived. Only saving grace was a nice waiter and the lettuce at the salad bar was fresh.Just a bad experience... oh ya, $39 for gross soup, simple salad and 2 sodas? Yikes!

Ruby Tuesday at the Madison Street location fails to impress on many fronts. While the food was prompt, the lack of a warm welcome set the tone. The spinach artichoke dip, though tasty, was a mere shadow of its potential, with less than half the expected portion. As for the crispy chicken tenders, they were a sad echo of cafeteria fare, evoking memories best left in the past. In short, if you're in the mood for disappointment served with a side of nostalgia, Ruby Tuesday might just hit the spot. Otherwise, it's best to seek culinary satisfaction elsewhere. There’s too many more options to be this bad. I’ll try it again in a few months, and if it’s this bad, we won’t ever order from this location.

Whoever was working the bar area on 3-21-24 6pm -7:15pm HE was very rude and impolite, if he could CARE any less Id be surprised and honestly he shouldn't be employed. Had a door dash pick up order to be collected @ 6:33 pm. I arrived at 6:25 signed the sheet. This man told me to go wait in the area where you walk in to be seated. 2 other drivers arrived 10 minutes after myself they were served their orders before mine. He finally asked once again what order I needed I said Alicia A. He grabbed the food from behind the bar already ready while I had been waiting and handed it to me. Without the drink. I asked for the coke then had to wait for him to serve tables, drinks, etc. he was very rude, his demeanor was rude, and had no care the customers order had been ready while I waited 45 minutes for a cheese steak fries and drink.I Made the customer aware and I hope No one orders from this store again. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BELOW PAR... OUTRAGEOUS INCONSIDERATE!!!

I hate to do this review but something has to be done. This has been our favorite RT for years (even through road construction). Our meal on 1/1/24 was a bad experience.First, it took forever to get our food and they weren't that busy. The crab cakes tasted burned, bland and nasty. The fries, we didn't get the full order with the meal (the waiter said "they are cooking more" but we never got any more). They looked and tasted like they had been laying around for awhile, like old grease.The chips that came with the crab dip were same as the fries, like they had been laying around awhile and old grease. The server was ok, although he never asked if we wanted refills. The wife was just wanting to get out of there anyway, so $3.39 per drink and no refill - outrageous!This is not normal for this restaurant, something was definitely amiss!
