The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because there's no handicap access from the front parking lot to the door. Very hard to get up on the sidewalk with a walker and limited leg

This experience is my third time being here: First two, was pretty good. The food was good and everyone was nice etc. I guess the difference is that I came near open and not 6pm. The romaine lettuce was almost all brown. The line was backed up because they were out of ingredients further down the line and people were just waiting. Eventually get through it and to check out. No ask or mention of my rewards number. I'm then asked for a receipt, I say yes, the girl just laughs and says oh it didn't print, have a nice day. Oh, they also charge the side dressings by the cup. I called and asked about the situation. Got hung up on. Walked back in and confronted them. They were very uncomfortable and my receipt magically printed.

Great selection of food. Very clean surfaces. All the staff we encountered was very friendly and polite.Parking: They had plenty of parking available but I did notice that there were no handicap parking spots in front of the restaurant. Or ramps for wheelchair bond customers

The Salad Station is everything Clarksville, TN needed. It's nice to walk into a place and be greeted with enthusiasm by the entire staff. During the dine in, staff members will approach you just to see how you're doing, and in some instance, have a chat with you. The food is second to the customer service, which makes this a premier place to have a healthy meal. No matter what salad you have, you should definitely try the Jalapeño Ranch.

Tried this for the first time yesterday. First impressions : very small and cramped space with tables very close together. Just enough room to side step in between tables. but they had a variety of toppings. NO hot toppings what so ever, even the chicken is cold. So all of your salad will be cold, didn’t love that I would prefer hot meat so the cheese blends into the salad. The Mac n cheese and items on the hot bar were good / looked good. My biggest issue is that there is NO changing table in either of the bathrooms for a child. No family bathroom either with that option. I couldn’t even change my baby in there. They offer high chairs but no changing tables, so it seems it’s family friendly just not inclusive. All the employees were nice.

I've been waiting and waiting for this place to open. I was not disappointed. The restaurant was clean and bright. The employees were friendly and helpful. The salad bar was fresh and well maintained. There were so many choices, it was hard not to overdo it. The hot bar has a selection of soups and other items. The crayfish pepperjack soup was delicious. I will tell my neighbors and I will go back.Vegetarian options: Lots of fresh vegetables plus beans and quinoa for proteins.Parking: Parking is plentiful.Kid-friendliness: If your kids like salads and all the things, they will enjoy picking the things they want in their meal. Smaller children will need parental assistance in building their salad.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking and the entrance is accessable.

I ordered the classic Greek Salad on door dash. They sent me the Greek pasta salad. I got a partial refund from door dash and tried again. Just to once again get the wrong thing. I verified that I ordered and paid for the right salad they just sent me the wrong thing twice.

I had heard so much about this place so I went with a friend of mine. We were greeted when we entered. They had no issue explaining the process for making a plate. They answered any questions that we had. Everything on the bar was fresh and changed out often. Will definitely be going back again.

Ate here twice already and it was delicious both times! Can be pricey if you’re not cautious of your portions so I’d be light handed trying it out for the first time. Only negative personally is the set up especially when it’s busy- quite over crowded with the tables and awkward line to pay, but I’ll definitely keep coming back ?

I requested the BBQ shrimp, but no one knew anything about the shrimp advertisement. They weigh and charge for everything even the salad dressing.
