The waitress keep saying if I didn't bring your drinks or take your plates then don't tip but if I did you should tip. The food was cold some undercooked. I won't return. It's like what customers have been loyal don't know the food is below average. Not many choices sad dark environment not what I'm used to in other shoneys. Sad food, not fully cleaned inside and subpar friendly waitresses.

The service was awesome her name was Debbie she was so sweet , but the so called manager was not happy when I complained about them being out of everything. Her excuse was they was short staffed . What does that have to do with them being out of everything. How can you have tomatoes for your sandwich but none on your salad bar . I’m a past server from Shoneys worked there 20 years of we had tomato for the sandwich then we had tomato for our bar but they wasn’t only out of tomato they was out of the rice that I had order but didn’t let me know til about 15 minutes after I order my food . They was out of spaghetti they was out of country fried steak they was out of a few more items as well . I will never ever drive there again an eat there I came 30 mins out of my way just to dine there I’ve been there several times before today an never got treated the way I did it wasn’t just me my mom an sister was with me . So after I complained at the register to the so called manager she started yelling at me telling the customer is not right that it’s because they was short staffed is because why they was out of things well I’m smarter than that . The manager makes the order not the other employees. And for one I could count the customers that was in there that is how dead they was . I just want you guys to know don’t waste your hard working money on that place cause you will get treated badly if you complain. They chased us out the store because by then I started yelling back cause there was three of them yelling at me the one server wrote my tag number down witch is against the law for one an for two I paid you 55.25 my bill was only 55.21 I did not get my change back at all but I’m not worried about 4 cents best believe that .

This place sucks the are always out of stuff no wonder their parking lot was empty now I wished I never went in an eat . Their bar sucks their manager is rude told me the customer is not right . When I complained. I don’t recommend nobody eating there . The only thing that was good was our server Debbie . When we order another server came to our table to tell us we was out of rice they only had one serving left we needed two servings the slim Jim was wet a nasty . When we went to pay we ask for manager we go to tell her about what was wrong with the food and she blamed it on being short staff . We never said anything about the service she blamed being out of things on being short staffed . I’m mad as hell writing . So the manager went to take my money. I told her that it’s not fair that I have to pay full price for everything because they was out of half of the things I needed it well that made her mad. She started yelling at us me, my mother and my sister, so therefore, I gave her the money she threatened us, came out to my car, one of her servers Wrote down my tag number for no reason whatsoever because I paid my bill for a matter of fact they still owe me 4 cents that I’m not worried about but it’s the principle of the whole matter . I don’t recommend this place for nobody not even your dog

Place is a joke! Talked to the manager to discount our food because it was horrible and they were out of everything as we continued to eat. We ask for starting things and they were continuously out of stuff. So we asked to speak to a manager to at least get a discount because it was disgusting when we tried to explain to the manager she got an attitude and said that the customers are not always right, then proceeded to get smart so I told her to step outside and as the manager she did, and continuously argued with me. That is very unprofessional in this place is a joke and very unprofessional along with her team all but Debbie came outside to argue then got my sister’s tag number which is against the law. Something needs to be done about this. The food was disgusting and my rice was dry. I ordered double rice, and then they told me they was out of the second rice as well. Like I said they was continuously out of everything.

Seafood buffet. What a joke. Fried catfish that wasn’t cooked done, a few fried shrimp and some yucky salmon. What a scam of advertising. A Chinese buffet has more seafood than this joint has. Worst meal I’ve had in a long time. Avoid this place!!!!???
