We went to Smoothie King yesterday, 4/10 around 6:30 pm and upon entering, an employee who was sitting and eating something from another restaurant told us that they were not taking orders due to waiting on something the manager was bringing and that we could come back in about 20 minutes. We went to our car and saw a man that was inside leave with a drink, so we assumed, well maybe they are taking online orders, so we called and a girl answered the phone "hello?" Instead of thank you for calling Smoothie King or anything along those lines, so I asked her if this was Smoothie King, to which she replied "yea dis Smoothie King" and told us that they were not taking online orders either and advised the same eta. Customer Service and professionalism goes a long way. Since the man left with a drink, in not even sure if something was actually down or if they just didn't feel like working. A sign in the door warning customers would be a good idea if it happens again and please teach the young lady how to answer a business phone

I have never been to a dirty smoothie king. This location is disgusting. When I entered there was a foul odor. The work space where they prepare the smoothies was dirty and looked like they hadn’t been wiped down all day. Avoid the smoothie king on Wilma Rudolph at all cost. Go to the Madison St location where they at least have a drive through and a clean lobby.

Went in to get my daughter and I a smoothie today - ordered and tried to pay with a $50 bill… The man took it (he was kind), but then a young woman behind him said they cannot accept a $50 bill.There are no signs or anything posted.. I do not have tap pay set up or a card on hand at the time. I asked her why and she said that she was not going to argue w me to get change and come back.So I walked next door to Panera bread, got a smoothie and way better treatment.This employee was terrible and immature. She flipped me off through the window when I was in my car. I’m guessing she saw me take a picture w my Panera smoothie.. not sure. Unacceptable behavior for an employee.

Ordered a smoothie bowl online. Pick up time was 9:26am. I pick up at 9:26am and my smoothie bowl is waiting for me on the counter. I grab it and go. I get in the car and realize peanut butter is missing. No big deal, I go back inside and they add it for me. I leave. Get home and realize my smoothie bowl is a soupy MESS. It looked fine from the top but once I dug into it, it was ALL liquid and disgusting. I always order these bowls and never have had these issues. This was my second time placing an online order and I’m guessing they made it as soon as it was ordered and let it sit out on the counter. SMOOTHIE BOWLS SHOULD WAIT IN FREEZER UNTIL CUSTOMERS PICK UP! I’m highly disappointed because this is my favorite thing from smoothie king and I’ve been loyal since they came out! & what’s up with the huge chunks of peanut butter and chocolate? Theses bowls are starting to look NOTHING like the pictures! Purely false advertising! Smh, do better…

The two white girls just be in there standing around looking at you and don’t offered to help. Don’t smile not enthusiastic and rude and I’m starting to think that one of them is low key a colorist when it comes to dark tone or brown females they jump up when it comes to others but somehow it’s they can’t help you all of the sudden. Y’all need new management in there don’t nobody won’t somebody in there that always got a attitude making drinks all ik is she should fix that before she catch the right one to reach over that counter and check her!

Went in to get a smoothie and I was told to leave or the cops would be called. They have no reason to kicked me out other then the fact I worked there and I’m a black women. Do not to to this location and they don’t care about customers they purposely mess up smoothies and they don’t care about their black employees. Emma the shift lead is the worst she’s rude and messes with the smoothies if you’re rude to her. I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER!!!
