we have not really had a problem with sonic, just a few minor things here and there but yesterday we stopped and got food, my son wanted to try the new garlic burger, when got home and started eating half way thru his burger he pulled a long blonde hair from the middle of the burger, needless to say that was it for him. there's alot of things I can over look but hair in the food isn't one of them. please do better

I ordered in the app and I asked for a strawberry lemonade slush. They brought me a strawberry limeade. They carried it back and brought me a strawberry lemonade with ice. I said, no I want a strawberry slush took them 10 minutes to make a strawberry lemonade, slush, and when I brought it out, it tasted so nasty. It taste like it had chemicals in it, I will not come to this sonic no more to have a slush made a lost business with me. I will continue to drive all the way to Ashlyn to that sonic and have my drink. They make the best slushy this store on Madison Street needs a new management. It took three people to make one simple drink and they still didn’t make it right. If I could give them a Zero for a score I would.

The workers here are pure trash. They can't get an order right to save their lives. They lie and tell you they gave you your order correctly and don't. They answer the phone and before you can even say a word about your missing food, they put you on hold indefinitely. Complete trash. Eat here at your own risk.

My order is wrong every time I give this place a chance. Several times they've forgotten parts of my order which means they have to make multiple trips back to my car. The wait is far longer here than other Sonic's in Clarksville. Be sure to check every order before you drive away.

The waitress was cheerful greeted me with a smile and was very sweet and kind.
I went there and the food I ordered said it was going to be ready 20 minutes before it was making me late for work. They also gave me the completely wrong order and when I showed the receipt they said it was right cause the receipt was what I ordered. Then when I opened the food and showed the woman she said she doesn’t know and walked away. I waited for 10 more minutes while already being late and nobody came back. I come here frequently so I am severely disappointed.

Would give it zero, but I've never been able to order. I have sat in the line three times for a total over an hour and never have been able to get to the box that asks me my order. And my longest wait there was only one car in front of me. I gave up and now drive a mile.5 further to the one next to Publix.

I'd visited this location and received very poor service, and the food was bad. Not typical of this place, but I filled out the survey on the receipt. A manager called me a few days later apologizing, stating she would speak to that employee. She offered to replace my meal exactly as ordered and paid for. She said no receipt was needed, although I still had a picture of it. Went to get it, and they refused to give all of the order. The "manager" came to the window and again refused to replace all of the order and slammed the window. When I called and asked to speak to the manager, the person who answered wouldn't allow me to speak to her and said, "Thanks, goodbye," and hung up the phone. Enough is enough. It's a done deal with this place.
