Would give zero stars. Ordered a combo, kiasok didn't print receipt as is the constant problem them, and didn't get a drink with my combo because the machine wouldn't work because I didn't have a scan code because the machine didn't print one. This is the ONLY place that I know of that has this stupid setup. Should just close down because there is no service and food comes out cold which is ridiculous. Explains why it is so dead. It was WAY better when there were servers that actually provided service. I get better service at the worst McDonald's in town. At least there I'll get my full order and now have to scan to fill my drink.

If I could give this restaurant a 0 and close it down myself I WOULD. I asked for no pickle on my burger because I am highly allergic… got home to find pickles on my burger !!!! I called and the guy that answered the phone told me there was nothing he could do about it, asked to speak to a manager and he put another employee in the phone who claimed to own the store and laughed about the pickles causing my throat to close! Asked for his name and he said Michael Jackson ? they’ll be hearing from my lawyer.

This location is an excellent representative of the Steak 'n Shake franchise. The store is always clean and the food is always served hot and fresh!To be candid, since COVID, this restaurant has moved towards serving online To-Go orders more so than restaurant dining, but the option is always there to dine-in for a good meal if you wish.When I do place an order through the Steak 'n Shake app, the food is always ready on time for pickup.Their meal deals are always a good value!

Food was mediocre. Couldn't get anybody to help us, for a while, after order was messed up. Had to bother the kid on the grill since he was the only one that could hear us, or act like he could hear us. Steak 'n shake is slipped over the years. There's not even a friendly face to greet you when you place an order. Just kiosks.
All computers. Have yo scan for a drink, Impersonal. Food is disgusting! Prices too high. Hot as he'll in here. Shakes r manufactured. Not as good as they used to be! And bugets have no flavor and extremely flat and small. We will never be back!!

Awful customer service. It was practically non existent. Went today and didn’t realize you had to scan a barcode to fill each drink. So after waiting at the counter while employees stared and walked past, finally someone said to scan the barcode. Stupid but okay whatever. Well my husband didn’t know when he ordered the food and got the receipt that all those papers were each separate barcode for each drink…we had 4. So he threw 3 of them away thinking they were just extra paper. So we couldn’t fill all our drinks. I sent my husband up to explain what happened and of course it took a while for someone to acknowledge him. And I heard him tell my husband that we will have to purchase more drinks to get the barcodes again. This is the point I got pissed and walked my pregnant butt up there and said no we bought the drinks. We had our receipt out already and he said how many did you have and I said 4. And he counted on the receipt and then took my cup to the back to fill it. This whole barcode things needs to be mentioned AT THE KIOSKS!!! Noticeable, I witnessed SEVERAL people not know about it and try to fill their drinks and I literally watched employees walk past them looking at them trying to do it and not tell them what they need to do. So I went up there and told them. Also, dude in the back looked like he left the gym and came to work. He’s the one who told the guy to tell us to r had to buy more drinks. I think not. Do better. I work in food service as a manager and it blows my mind that their employees just looked the other way like that. Food was good though.

Ordered 95 dollars worth if burgers fries and shakes, all of the doubles had half sized patties, the fries were meh at best, the shakes came out in to go cups the butter burgers did not contain any butter the shakes were lackluster at best, I've eaten aylt the one in orlando and it was an amazing experience this however feels like a hobo made me food and tried to charge me steakhouse prices and refused to give a refund until tomorrow definitely will not be returning here ever again. Not to mention the bathrooms smelled terrible the ice cream tasted super funny not impressed.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THE FOOD SERVED!!!Went in to get food for my family, checked the bag and noticed one burger was off, so I went inside to let them know this, but I didn’t say I Paid for it, and asked for the burger. I just said I didn’t get a burger I asked for b/c I knew I was gonna pay is why I had my card in hand. This dude told me to go outside and get my food, so he could check my receipt I’m like..huh?!.. ? so whatever, (I didn’t even have an attitude about it) I went outside to retrieve the food w/ card in hand, this the funny part. He thought I was “trying to steal” b/c he misheard what I had told him. And.. he knew what burger I had asked for, b/c he spoke of the order?so again.. I'm like whatever. I pay on the kiosk, and wait for it. This same dumb@@@ makes a burger in FRONT of me, and cooks it, then stacks the burgers and slide it down the line to be finished preparing. I also hear whispering why, is she standing there?, I ignored it, and wait for my paid food. I’m thinking this prepared burger getting made is mine, but then.. the unthinkable happens?this big girl who took my order in drive thru walked from the back w/ a bag in hand Bagged up, hands it to me and walks away. Now.. I would’ve questioned why this happened, her coming from the back w/ a burger already made in a bag and I haven’t seen NOONE COOK!! clearly I wasn’t thinking, it was a long day and all I wanted was my food. So we get home and it was on my mind to tell my husband who’s burger it was to Pray over his food. (That’s the LORD)so.. Halfway through eating his food, he noticed IT WAS RAW!!!????♀️? all these emotions inside, all I could do was call and report it. After explaining what happened, I also informed them that if my husband comes up sick, (his words)we know why.. yes his stomach was upset and he was in the toilet the next morning SICK FROM eating Raw food. Thanks to you Steak n Shake, we won’t be returning. NOPE. Never.(unless it’s in the afternoon where the ppl are much better service to me) but.. then, I’ll have to rethink it and Pray about it.
