Waited in line for 30 minutes. Terrible experience. The supervisors/managers there are a JOKE. No wonder the younger generation doesn’t want to work. The older generation are lazy bosses. At this subway they are lazy and can’t even grab the lettuce in the back for the guy struggling upfront.The poor guy had worked through morning-lunch rush and was not given a break for a restroom break until 2:30pm. Which I had to wait for him to get done and TWO subway older women workers walked by. They did not offer help to make a sandwich while he was gone.

Everything was fine until the lady threw the sandwich on the floor and then I just took out the meat and used the same bread... that's when I ran out and was there for more than 20 minutes, I think I just wasted my time. Everything was as if it weren't They would care. It is very wrong that they do this type of thing with clients.

It's a fast food joint.. Get in, get your food, get out. Foods okay, people are okay, store is usually semi clean. Slow during lunch time.

Do not order through the app in this location. The new person (male), who I believe is the manager, has decided that people who order through the app are less valuable than people standing in front of him. I arrived 20 minutes after the app said my order would be ready. It turned out, after waiting 10 minutes, he had never made my order at all. I told him he had cost me my entire meal break at work, and I didn't have any more time to wait for him to make a sandwich. I even told him which one it was so he wouldn't have to make it thinking it would be easier to get a refund that way. Three weeks later, I have been ghosted by Corporate and am now having to dispute the transaction through my bank. I've been a really loyal customer to this location (2-3 orders/month), and everything was great until this guy arrived. Maybe put an ordering kiosk in your lobby so you don't feel guilty about making an order for someone other than the person standing in front of you.
