Dan and the gentleman that worked with him this evening were very patient, friendly, & customer service oriented while it's 9pm on Friday evening, a line of hungry folks almost to the door, the employees were were probably ready to close the store and go home. However, neither showed this , they both were very respectful & showed all of us gratitude! The Customer service was awesome , & food was great!!! Thanks guys !

Parking: The worst experience ever at a subway in clarksville tennessee. No management or team leader on staff. When I went to place my online order after getting there. They made my online order incorrectly and refuse to change it and refuse to change it and refused to reimburse me. Until I ask for the management's information. I had to get on the phone with another manager from another subway in order for me to convince them to reimburse me for the food that I wasn't even taking out the store. Shout out to the guys on Wilma. Rudolph at the Subway for accommodating me as a customer at a whole. Another subway that's out of their jurisdiction.

I'm really not sure why a fountain drink cost 2.79 +tax so I was recommended by a employee to buy a bottle soda from the cooler and it was the same exact price and wasn't nearly the amount of soda I would have gotten in the fountain drink but it is what it is just not sure why they are same price and I do have a positive comment I came back and asked for change for a 20 and they were very nice and helpful and gave me the change thanks.

I ordered thru the app and when I went to pick up my food nobody was behind the counter. Then a guy sitting down with a group of people asked if I was there for a pick up order. My sandwich had barley any meat. I asked for extra mayo and there was literally none on it. I called to speak with someone a guy named Jaylen answered and couldn't help me or give me the number to corporate. I'm very disappointed. I went to the one inside Walmart yesterday and although the lady was rude at least my order was right. I should've known to check my food especially seeing that whoever is running the place is sitting down eating.

The Indian lady tht runs the place is EXTREMELY rude. Not sure why she deals with customers, however, training is definitely necessary. She seemed disturbed and answered all questions concerning the sandwich very quick and short. The sandwich had very little tuna and she was not polite at all

Phenomenal 10/10 experience. I always r order the same thing when I go in and the workers are extremely nice. I usually have the same guy making my food anytime I go in I believe his name is Rusher. Love the food!!!

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. This place is horrible. We did a to go order and the cold cut had just 1 piece of ham and that was it… Had nothing on the sandwich that I ordered. The tuna sub tasted like the tuna was spoiled. The worst experience I’ve ever received at a restaurant. Will not be back.
