I've been to this specific location 3 separate times in the last few weeks, and my order has been incorrect every single time. I place my order through the app, for the sake of the rewards and simplifying my drive-thru experience. However, it seems that nobody in the kitchen looks at the notes when this is done. I've requested all 3 times for extra sauce and for guac to be added to my quesadillas, and these requests have been met a grand total of 0 times. This kitchen staff needs to be dealt with.

Vegetarian options: I ordered the black bean crunch wrap supreme. Of course, the order went very quickly so I did not see on the board that that was not what he put in. I pay for my food, take it back to work and start eating. Part of the way through, I noticed that it is not in fact black beans, but beef. I am a Vegetarian and I know I said black beans. This place is not safe for vegetarians.

First of all! The only reason I came to Taco Bell and called taco bell my favorite fast food stop is cause of the nacho fries. I used to get them, the sauce was still hot and sometimes you had really good ones which were super crunchy. Today I wanted to stop for this experience again but I had to Shockly recognize that you guys don’t have nacho fries anymore. This is so foolish. So with some tears in my eyes I bought a bean burrito and had to go to the Wendy’s across the street to get me some fries. The bean burrito tasted, smelled and had the texture of puke. I’m really disappointed and Taco Bell is definitely not my first choice anymore as long as you guys don’t sell nacho fries anymore. I don’t even know why you have to play with the emotions of your customers so bad, if you guys are too poor get over it and scratch out some of your gross tacos instead. From now on I’m going to the Wendy’s across the street cause I can’t deal with this disappointment no longer. I hope someone opens your eyes soon. This is just ridiculous. I started crying when I found out and I’m still fighting with my tears when I think about not being able to buy them..
