This place is the worst if you're planning on going inside, don't do it, just go through the drive-thru. It's ridiculous that they will not even acknowledge that you are standing at the counter because, they are drive-thru focused only. Save yourself the trouble...It was the worst experience ever and I get home and my food was all wrong. Be aware people...

We stood at the counter well 5 min without being greeted. A crew member finally approached the counter with a bag of food and asked if we were " Mr. Soinso" to which I said no& we were waiting to be waited on. She sat the bag down and walked off. No one came to take out order and we finally decided to order off the kiosk. Food arrived fairly quick and was correct, but we were dining in and food was served in to go bags. Lobby was kinda nasty.Kid-friendliness: Staff definitely needs to work on making customers feel appreciated. I watched another customer stand at the counter for quite some time as well. But I couldn't believe how I was ignored AFTER telling her I was waiting to be waited on. If I didn't really really want the Mexican pizza we would have left.

It’s a Taco Bell… they receive their meat in a bag from the factory. They have openly admitted to the taco meat being only 35% beef and the rest of the product is soy.They used to be cheap but now their combo meals are around $10-$15. You can do better at one of the many sit down Mexican food restaurants which will sell you a fajita, beans, and rice at lunch for $10 which will taste a million times better.Taco Bell food is highly processed and is put together like a factory. But some people want that factory taste for the nostalgia factor. I would recommend two places nearby. Reggie’s BBQ has way better meat that is 100% meat and El Bracero has excellent Mexican food at prices equivalent to a Taco Bell combo meal.But if you need Taco Bell for the “taste” you could do worse than this location. The staff is friendly and they make adequate food for what it is… but they can’t beat Braceros….

Some thing is wrong here. Everytime we come here they get our order wrong. It's something minor and we don't care but we got cinnamon twists and they didn't have the cinnamon/sugar seasoning on them. How do you miss that?

It would be a miracle if they got an order right. Most of the time items are missing or the food was prepared incorrectly. One night we were the 3rd car in line at the drive thru and it took over 35 minutes to get our food. I've encountered several rude employees and they get an attitude when you tell them the order is not correct.
