Hv bn going to ths facility since it opened. 1st time good ws great! Subsequent visits not so good. Tacos are consistently cold to warm. Shells smell and are stale. Meat has bn really oily/ greasy , and ystrday caused my shells to fall apart in the wrapping. I ws really hoping they would be a viable alternative to taco bell. Gss not. Lastly, for a new facilty the inside smells like old grease.. I hope they can do better.

Worker came out of restroom right after we came in tucking in his shirt into his pants, took our order, and helped make food with bare hands. Told the lady in charge. She remade the food, but used the same cheese and onions they guy used to make the food with bare hands. Will not go back.

Taco John’s is the only place in the area with power today (9 Dec) after the tornado. They just made an announcement that people are more than welcome to stay as long as they need and can use the power to charge their phones. This warms my otherwise cold heart that they care about their patrons/community like this. You don’t see this much of this these days.The food is fast food, and it’s quick and hot. The customer service is top notch. Thank you again for caring about your community. ?Vegetarian options: Many of the dishes can have the meat left off.

Charged for items they knew they didn't have available and had no reasonable excuse as to why. Food was subpar. I never see anyone here when I drive by and now I know why. First time trying and never again. Will also tell others don't even bother.
Eat here all the time. However twice I have gotten dried and cracking tortillas. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful.

This location is a toss up. Sometimes you get service,other times they are hiding in the kitchen and flat ignoring customers. If you do get service the food isn't cooked/or it was made by Hulk because it's literally smashed. I know minimum wage gets minimum effort but FFS. Waste of money.

Food took over 45 minutes for lunch. The chips were inedible due to being cooked in old grease (GMs excuse), I was missing part of my order, the beans were completely dried and made it impossible for you to eat the burrito. The only good thing was my husbands burrito out of a $50 order. The GM was full of excuses as to why only two people were working a Sunday (he was not there, received a call back the following day) and blamed his employees for the bad grease and horrible food. He offered to remake my order due to the experience but I live too far away. Requested a refund and he was unable to do that. I would not waste your time or money at this location.

Breakfast was not very good at all and got double charged. Cashier was pleasant, but somehow, I felt like the overcharge was intentional. Junior breakfast burrito combo almost 15 bucks. But there were two orders of potato rounds. I didn't think anything of it because I thought he just misunderstood the order and I got 2 meals. But no, it was like I was charged double but only received an extra side. Leave and learn.......

Ordered just a simple lunchtime meal and waited 49 minutes. Food bad and mushy. Never will go back! Ever! The Guy taking orders had to take orders at 1st window and the 2nd checkout too. Plus he had to deliver order to my car while 5 cars were waiting for him! He was really nice but totally incompetent not doubt supervisors fault. WTH! I'll give y'all 6 months before closing.
