Party of 7 cramped into a booth.Barely enough room for drinks let alone dinner plates. Of the 4 steaks that were ordered none were cooked as ordered.My steak was very rare(supposed to be medium) but was delicious. No one complained about the taste. The portions were adequate.The drink prices were way too high. $13 for one bottle of beer?

I arrived to have dinner everything had been great until food arrived , steak burnt to a crisp I was really patient told them I would wait for a remake I was really hungry, 30 min later I was brought a 6oz steak on a side plate none of my sides after I had been waiting really frustrated with service from kitchen did not get to eat anything, Emoni my waitress was great he wasn’t at fault!

me and my wife went in to have dinner for the evening. We ordered drinks and took forever to receive. When i received mine i ordered two shots of patron chilled and didn’t receive two shots more like one and got charged for two. We both ordered fillets and me and my wife both received anything but fillets. mine was nothing but fat which i sent back and didn’t reorder and my wife tried to eat hers only to not be pleased. We paid our check with never once having the manager come over to ask the issues after we asked to speak to him. Kicker after we got home a few hours later my wife was throwing up from food poisoning. Recommend stay away especially on Saturday at midday. Needless to say we will never go back here again as a local resident.

Tonight the service was trash, the manager Kristy took my burger that was not done I asked for well done came charred on outside and bloody bleeding on the inside back to the kitchen and had them “ flash cook it” I asked if it was the same burger she said yes.. health code violation.. so I asked for it to be taken off my ticket. Idk if I’ll ever be back I love Texas Roadhouse but recently the service and food have been garbage truck juice.. do better..

Waitress was not friendly until collecting our paymentOrdered morel mushroom & onion chicken. Brought plain chicken with a little cheese on it. No mushrooms & onion. Said out of mushrooms & onion. I ask why they brought plain chicken out instead of letting me change my order to something they had on hand. Waitress said "I don't know" we will NEVER eat there again. Waited over an hour to order & get our food . We went in to order 11am when they first opened!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The only person who wasn’t rude was our server, Isabella (100 kudos to her). All three steaks were overcooked. Medium rare and well are VERY different. We ordered medium rare, NOT crumbling to dust in your mouth. The shrimp was still raw, and it took 15 minutes to get kids French fries. We let our server know about the overcooked steaks and raw shrimp. She informed the manager, who came over like everything was fine when clearly half the food was still there. She said, “Thanks for coming out.” Yep, you’re welcome, ma’am; never again.

We had tried to call a week ago to set a reservation for a large party of people for a going away dinner since we are moving out of state. Manager says that shouldn’t be a problem however they can only make reservations same day just call in the morning. We call morning of the moment they open to reserve the same large party and we are then told they can only reserve for party’s of ten because they are expecting a lot of large parties today. But how is that possible if you can only reserve a table same day? It all really felt disingenuous and the manager wouldn’t even speak with us. It all really derailed and frankly ruined this event. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and willingness to compromise.
