Loved that the manager came out to check on us. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Wish there were a few more authentic Irish dishes but I'm not complaining. ?

You’re Salsa sucks. There’s no other way to put it. The rest of the food is pretty good. But your salsa is worse than store bought.

Worst experience at a restaurant in a long time. Service dragged out, missing items from our meals despite numerous reminders, cold food, poor management. Highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. It is not worth the trip.
We went on St Patrick’s day. We were seated and waited at least 20 mins until someone came to our table. The server took out drink order then told us her shift was over and we were getting a new server.Our new server Italy was great! We had been there a while and were ready to pay. We asked a manager if we could pay. He proceeded to confront Italy in a rude manner and when I approached him to tel him that our long wait was not Italys fault he made up the excuse that we came at the wrong time. He also said that it’s St Patrick’s day and they have been busy. Understandable but as a manager you don’t tell paying customers that they came at the wrong time. He was defensive and dismissive and almost smirked at what I was telling him. Needless to say we won’t be going back. Thank you Italy for your positive attitude and bright smile. Don’t let them reign on your parade!

20+ minutes, not even an offer of a drink. Just sat getting more annoyed. Finally dropped my menu off at the front and just left. Can't even give a star for service I didn't get. Front of house was slow, just kinda wandered up to the station to "greet" me and another party. Never smiled. Straight to business. That was my first and last interaction with staff. Won't try again.

Shrink flation? Quickly greeted and seated on Monday around lunchtime. Order was taken and served in a reasonable time. The food for all three meals was the proper temperature and tasted very good. Typical Tilted Kilt atmosphere. Not really crowded as prices have increased and portions decreased. I'm not sure that the few fries placed on the plate should count as a "side." Just another sad reflection of the state of the economy. I took pictures and if the picture from my previous review is still available, it's easy to see the difference in portion size for fries.
