My new go-to Boba shop! Really enjoyed this place. The ambiance is a really nice coffee shop/internet cafe vibe. There were various delicious treats as well as a good drink menu to choose from. There are also novelty items as well as original Tita merch for purchase as well. I had the egg rolls and Jasmine milk tea. Both were delicious! The teas are customized for sweetness and with or without tea (for milk teas). Five stars on everything about this place! love, Love, LOVE Tita Boba!(Forgive me for BUTCHERING the spelling, but) Amayrani (her nickname there is pronounce like “Miani”), she is THEE BEST! She was actually the one who checked me out my very first visit, recommending Love Potion, which is my FAVE/ Go-To! Also, so sorry I don’t know her name, but she’s a black young lady, pretty, and has like the cute simple makeup look…she is so sweet! She got me drinking Taro!! Absolutely LOVE this flavor!! Honestly, everyone there is just so kind, but these girls stuck out to me most!For those people that wanna try Tita, I would have to say “DO IT!” Also, personally, they have the best boba pearls I’ve ever eaten. I used to avoid the tapioca bc most places I’ve had makes them too tough, but Tita Bs has the RIGHT consistency! Even when I can tell they’re more freshly made, the “chew” is awesome! love, Love, LOVE!

The Drinks are amazing, but the first time we went in there was this cupcake lady that said "FREE SAMPLES" so we went over to get one and she took it down as soon as she seen us and then when we walked away put it back up.. I kno its not their fault but still false advertising but kuddos to tita it is so good and to die for...
