I love going to Waffle House. The food is hot and comes out quick. The service is excellent and the staff is kind, endearing, and efficient.
I just wanted a bite to eat. This was an adventure. I ordered a Texas bacon patty melt… The meat was burnt to a crisp. I waited soo long I didn’t want to reorder. The cook put bacon on a sandwich and when we said “no bacon”!!! He took the bacon off and tried to use the bread with bacon juice on it.. Burnt bread, long wait and I can’t get a refund!!!
Service was the worst I've ever encountered. No refills or asked if I needed a refill. Was not given my food until it was cold, please avoid this place like the plague everyone.

I had a disappointing experience with our server named Shelley at the restaurant. Her attitude was very unprofessional and indifferent, She took forever to take our orders and throughout the meal, she rarely checked on us, and when she did, it was with an impatient and dismissive tone. I would not want to have her as my server again.
