Definitely not washing your hands good enough. Failed to serve food in timely manner. Customer service is not up to par.I paid for a drink and they tried to just give me the food. Mens bathroom is dirty 2/2 times. They don’t know how to get the food served hot… so they obviously don’t care. The employees walk around like convicts.

They are usually pretty good. But 2 days ago I had gotten some Buffalo Wings that were bad and I had some horrible food poisoning from it.

I've heard several people giving Whataburger such high praise. I found the burger to be woefully average, the front counter was not even manned. Took 10 minutes for a manager to get free enough to take mine and the gentleman behind me orders. To be honest, they seemed a little under-staffed but the drive-thru wasn't really all that busy.

Slow service! It took over thirty minutes from the time we ordered til we got our food. The manager did give us two free apple pies for our trouble. The burgers were good, but I don't if I want to wait 30 minutes for them again.

It’s always the same stories with these places. They come to Clarksville, start off strong, and a month or two later the service sucks, it’s super slow and the product is substandard. Save yourself the headache and go across the street to Freddy’s.

Fast food…not a chance! Slow food! 19 minutes from order time to receiving food for dining in on a Monday. Which means…you guessed it…cold, mediocre food! This reminded me of Burger King but worse. I didnt know that was possible. Save your money and frustration. Go to Freddys across the street!

Waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru line and couldn’t make any progress on the line. Parked the car and ordered in the kiosk inside. Took another 25 minutes (in total of 45 minutes from start of the line to the delivery of the food). Highly inefficient and undermanned restaurant. Generally, I use Whataburgers in vicinity of Montgomery county frequently but hands down the worst wait and service time. I will be leaving a service feedback with the restaurant.

I truly was hoping that it would be better, but it isn't. A 13 minute wait and the food not being fresh when served is not acceptable.

Tried bc we never had a whataburger before. Well, the slow drive through needs help. It shouldn't take over 15 mins to get food especially when there are not other customers. Didn't get all the fries for the combos. All orders items were mixed up with the two kids meals. Kids fries were dumped out in the bags they were in and none of the burgers were completely wrapped closed so they spilled out when pulling out of the bags. The med burger combos had kids meal fries and cookie stuff and the kids meals had med fries, and no cookie in the bag. Missing fries for #2 that was ordered. The only thing great was the cokes. It appears there is not any quality control and checks going on. It tasted fine, but need better quality checks before handing to the customer and for fast food, service needs to get it together instead of chatting and just walking around talking. I understand it was slow but everything in our order was chaos when it was straight forward order. 3 med double cheeseburger combos, and 2 kids meals. Shouldn't have taken almost 25-30 mins and still be messed up with no other customers showing up until after we had been there about 10 min. This was around 5:15-5:30pm. Monday. Need management to do quality check before food goes out, and staff needs to pay attention to bagging items.
