This restaurant needs people that are willing to make an order correct late night . My wings weren’t sauced . The place gave me hot honey and spicy Korean sauce to sauce them myself basically like it’s not their job to do it. We’ll just know I won’t be back for a while . Yes I’m going to be. Karen . No ranch or honey mustard in bag . Lord get this place together. I know we human but got dog food. Make our orders right . We work hard just like the people at wing stop .Fries need some love too . If you’re interested in mold, everything being sticky, trash everywhere, a rather odd smell, and more. This is the spot for you. Every table has its own flavor of “why is that sticky?” All edges of the walls are decorated at the floor portion with certain foods and wrappers. The drink section hasn’t been cleaned since the foundation of Clarksville as a city. The counter top looks like they slap food on it, let it dry, then wipe it off with toilet paper from a motel 6 bathroom floor. Even the parking lot is a disaster from trash and everyone struggling to squeeze through. Last bit, you have to consistently remind them to give you your sauces. The staff in the kitchen are obsessed with their phones. Gloves and no gloves, they’re just pulling them out and typing away before shoving it back in their pockets to go touch more food.Go to the other one. It’s far superior in every way.

the restaurant cleanliness was terrible…it was so dirty when i came in i almost lost my appetite. the workers were just yelling at each other, there were no drink lids, drink station a hot mess, juice all ice the ground. tables dirty ice machine stuck. the food was good tho.

They over season everything with a very salty mix I got my food tonight and I could not even eat it it was so salty go easy on the fry seasoning and don't get there boneless wings get the real meat in the bone tastes much much better the boneless are like made from soy
Only Oder during day shift. I’m not sure what happens at night time but night shift is way slower (45 minutes) for a small order. The employees would rather talk and not do any work and the food doesn’t come out to wing stop standards. Even dashers I’ve used have told me about the delay for the employees talking and goofing off. The number is disconnected so you cannot call and complain either. Management needs to step in.

I hate to even give a bad review. But I usualy give a place 3 visits before leaving any review because every one has a bad day. But this is the 5th time I've been there and the stores in shambles. I've been in service industry so I get it but it's been way to many times I've seen and heard of this store being like this. I love wingstop, I'm a long time customer but I honestly can't trust this store with my food safety at this point. Multiple times I've gone in surfaces are sticky, flor is filthy and sticky I have a video of my shoes making loud clicking when I lift them off the floor. The kitchens in shabby shape with food residue everywhere and the main product includes raw chicken, big red flags. Don't get me started on the bathrooms, absolutely deplorable and they are customer/employee shared spaces. Yall may have the sauce but it seems to me management dosent have the spirit :(

I would not recommend this place. It's too greasy and messy. I'd maybe suggest getting plain wings? I ordered two different types and both were too greasy. It gave me a massive stomachache. My husband ordered a burger & it was just.. not it.I hear so many good things about Wingstop and maybe, I'll give another location a try but I wouldn't go back to this one.

Fries ONCE again did not have extra seasoning even though the order specified it. Wings had 3 flavors and piled into box in layers!!! And were luke warm! This is the 3rd time! I even called 10 minutes prior to pick up time to make sure the fries got the extra seasoning & nope notta almost had none!!! This is ridiculous the employees too worried about being on the phones, have attitudes & long hair IS NOT TIED BACK!!!

Went in there all I heard was perfanity curse words left an right no respect I asked nicely if they could stop cursing that you have kids out here got told to shut the f up they threatened me then when I told them that I'm not leaving for them to make me leave I'll be sitting an waiting for one of them to put hands on me they threatened me with the cops but I asked for a Manger that went no where hopefully someone sees this an jus does a surprise visit cause food was okay but I really didn't come there for ghetto music an hearing someone yell an curse every second

I love Wingstop a lot, but when I went this last time I was given horrible customer service, the girl who helped me didn't have a smile or welcoming manner about her whatsoever and she was sitting down talking to her friends. I believe you treat customers the way you would want to be treated, anywhere you go publicly, also the restaurant was very dirty and I had to use the restroom but I held it till I got home and I didn't even go into the bathroom because I seen the kitchen and thought the bathrooms are probably worse. I also waited for my food for like 45 minutes. I will go back because it's the only one near my home but I sure do hope the next time I go it'll be different.
