I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered thru Doordash. Did not receive the drinks that I paid for. Did not receive the fries that I paid for. Did not receive the celery that I paid for. Did receive a huge order of carrots that I did not order or want.

My recent experience at Wingstop was extremely disappointing. The food quality was abysmal, leaving a lot to be desired. The lack of professionalism among the staff was appalling.I observed one employee with sagging pants, displaying a complete disregard for basic decency.Another employee was seen licking her fingers while preparing food and then touching her hair without any regard for hygiene.Furthermore, a third employee with blue hair was visibly unsanitary, touching various surfaces without a care in the world.Overall, the unsanitary practices and lack of professionalism at this Wingstop location are unacceptable. I would not recommend dining here to anyone.1/5

I hate writing bad reviews but have to when it goes really south like this place did. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door, and I look around and I see about 8 other people waiting. My order is already overdue according to the app and they finally find it, and tell me finally they haven't even started it (30 minutes after the order placed). The one employee who engaged with me, sa).id he's been trying to get his district manager to lengthen the wait times because they can't keep up. Maybe it's cause they all work at a sloth's pace (um, we can see you back there). After a couple people make a scene in digust, three of the staff member comes out and starts arguing with everybody like it's some sort of talk show. A highly unprofessional moment. Heck, they don't even cover the wings properly any more. Probably have to go to the other one in Clarksville moving forward and hope the staff isn't cross employed.

First time. Would not recommend this location. The workers just talked under their breath when calling out orders. Trash was piled up on every table. Ordered boneless wings and they were literally swimming in oil when I got them. Could barely eat it. Absolutely horrible.

It too thirty minutes to get our order. When we got it the wings were hot, voodoo fries were cold. Only three people working at dinner time. The two guy both had their underwear showing with their pants sagging. One guy was walking around talking on his cell phone in the kitchen. Do not come here!!!
This place sent me fries that looked like it's been sitting since they opened cold and burnt. Wings cold paid for extra ranch didn't get. When trying to call they don't pick up the phone ? never will I order from this place again. Wing stop get it together. Hire people who wouldnt eat the food they service.

Bunch of idiots running the restaurant. They mess up your order every time. They really need to change the management as I have seen this going on for a while. It’s horrible and most of you will relate having an unpleasant experience. These clowns laugh and dance and they will never receive your call no matter what. I am definitely taking this further as I’ve had enough. I don’t pay online delivery fees and tip the driver to drive all the way up to the restaurant with the wrong order. Have some shame!

The guy that was at the register when we got there (tattoos on his neck) was so personable and so helpful. It’s really refreshing to see somebody actually doing their job in the Customer Service and he was going beyond. He was also redirecting his employees in a firm, but respectful way, and made sure to check in on other customers if they were waiting to assure them that their order was coming. The wings were nice and crispy the weight was not long. There was no trashcan in, the dining area and the floors were really sticky but honestly it wasn’t even a big deal with the service that we got. I hope this place appreciates him for sure cause he was awesome.
