I appreciate the girl upselling the new southern shrimp, but it’s not good. It was breaded more than it had shrimp. I had already drove off to take it back so I’ll just do the receipt customer survey. Fries were soggy, but hot! Arnold Palmer was thirst quenching.

We both ordered a salad a piece there was hardly any chicken on the salad plus my salad was not cut up good and it had some bad leaves in it need to train them to cut up lettuce a little bit better in salads. But the salads were

Recently called about a job to which they had told me multiple times they were hiring and to call back later this week. I called back to have the phone answered by two people who seemed absolutely miserable to be there. Especially the manager Ashley. You can clearly tell she hates her job and is no woman of class. If you want to be respected in any way choose a different Zaxbys. I can’t stress enough how miserable she seemed to be there and was so irritable. Seriously find a new manager.

The food is always great. Today both the sheriff's deputies and the fire/rescue folks were eating here. I wish they could better position the ordering line up front. The line at times interferes with getting sodas and condiments.

do not eat here. I found a moving maggot in my coleslaw and called the manager. she said “we properly close our containers” and just gave excuses instead of taking responsibility. The bag was properly sealed and the uber driver was quick. Where did it come from if not from Zaxbys? Simply disgusting. If you get sick after eating here, that’s probably the reason and I advise you to go through with the proper actions because this place needs some accountability before it gets people sick. the other person that also had a meal took a picture of the thing last week for proof and i’m reporting this to the department of health. How does this happen? And why excuse it instead of fixing the problem?
