Second time for a stop at a Bojangles in the past 6 months - was looking so forward to it. Dry chicken and old biscuits. Maybe we shouldn’t be stopping after 3:00pm? Is it SOP to serve customers old leftover lunchtime food? Not sure if we will try again ? Friendly staff though

Worst over cooked, dried out fried chicken I've ever had in 77 years. The mashed potatoes tasted like powdered Styrofoam and the green beans were tasteless as well.Won't go back.

I just ate here. The chicken was bojangles perfect.The sides, not to my tastes but that dont make them 2 star or lessService, better than many places in this town. Nice people.I eat at a lot of places here cause i am staying in a hotel, on business. I have yet been to a place that deserves their high ratingsBojangles, i will buy there chicken all day longSides? Nothing wrong with them, Not to my tadte, but man cant live on chicken alone

Went through the drive thru this morning and the lady that took the order was nice but when I got the window they handed me a cup that had a crack all the way from the top to the bottom. As soon as the dude handed it to me the cup split in half and soaked me and everything in my car. It was already leaking before they sent it out the window so they knew it was busted. Never had any problems here so it's disappointing the quality of employees has started to slip.
I have to downgrade my review because of the service that I received this morning. I ordered a steak and cheese combo but was given a sausage and cheese combo, and when I took it back in the girl behind the counter who was making biscuits said I know what I heard and it was not a steak biscuit even though I had to receive in my hand. Bad customer service

Went through the drive thru. Biscuits and gravy were very good. Coffee was fresh and hot. Staff were " local friendly". Nice, friendly and treated me like a neighbor.Would recommend. Well operated Bojangles.
