They tell you thank you and I'll see you at the window after ordering one biscuit and didn't even ask if we would want anything else and they forgot the sauce that we payed for and they don't give you straws.
Seating needs to be up graded compare to other places in town. No parking because the employees park up front instead out back.

Food is always good. Service is really bad though. We are customers of years but they’re service has bad recently. Today we went and bought a family dinner and other extras but we’re missing two items when we got home. Not the first time this happens but do not want to keep letting happen. Disappointed and sent a survey on it. Hopefully I get contacted.

I had to wait 20 mins in the rain for my meal, I was the second person in a line of drive thru customers who were told to “pull forward” to wait for our food to cook. The food was good, but the wait was excessive.

My family and I stopped for dinner at Bojangles' in Cleveland, TN. The service was good. The food was pretty good. The chicken was done well. The biscuits were a little over cooked. The restaurant needs attention badly. It not only needs a good deep cleaning, but it needs to be remodeled. It was kind of dingy.

Bad customer service. Had no chicken breasts this evening. For some reason the lady working was rude about it. Not busy at all. This place used to be great, but it has gone down hill. I cannot recommend it. Went to KFC (very busy)and had a great experience.
I have started to visit this restaurant regularly over the past few weeks, the customer service is awesome, the food is good quality and delicious, it is always served hot and promptly. This location is under very poor management they kicked me out of there parking lot because I was there before they opened ,she assumed I was there all night, I was there a half hour to forty five minutes in there parking lot before they got there. they accused me of over night parking and threatened me several times that they were gonna call the police if I did not leave, I was very cooperative to them and polite. But they kept escalating the situation. They would not believe me that I was there waiting for them to open. I was told to go to Cracker Barrel, They would not even let me talk to explain this. Anyone who knows these individuals would know I am not lying as they are very comfortable in their aggressive nature. When I tried to call them on the phone my first sentence was this is the man in your parking lot this morning I want to talk to you about this morning in a calm understanding nature her response was that she would not discuss this with me I asked for her name she would not give it to me. She told me to call or email a number and rang it off so fast I could not understand her. I asked her to look at her cameras to see I was not lying to her she would not even consider listening to me. These are the type of people that are so negative they can not consider someone is not lying to them. They only believe there first judgment based on nothing. Very very sad to see this. This type of negativity is only holding them back in life. I am writing this so maybe they will read it and realize there wrong doing and maybe even corporate will look into there behavior as a whole. I know I am not the only one who had to experience this type of aggression.

I personally love Bojangles, but at this location I can guarantee that seven out of 10 times you will get room temperature or cold fries. The same goes with the hashbrowns as well. I go here often because it’s near my dialysis center and I’m usually pretty hungry after dialysis. I have gotten cold. Very sad fries on way too many occasions. I’ve even gotten a biscuit that was as hard as a hockey puck one day that I couldn’t even bite into it. I do know their food is good it’s just the people working and they don’t seem to care or too rushed to care.
