Used to come here all the time, but the last few experiences haven't been good. The food still tastes good... if they get your order correctly. I expressed that my family has food allergy, so I requested for a specific ingredient to be left out. It was still in the food, although the server correctly repeated my order back to me. The spice level of some dishes were also wrong, so one person couldn't eat their food. Also witnessed one staff member fussed out by their boss. We were also almost overcharged until a server intervened on our behalf. The atmosphere isn't at all what it used to be.Dietary restrictions: Don't come here if you have dietary restrictions because they're not considerate.

If you like pad Thai then this is for you. I'm picky real picky when it comes to pad Thai. I've tried every chicken pad Thai from every restaurant in cleveland that serves this dish and to be honest some others looks horrible and very tasteless ..I've been coming to this establishment for about 10 years hand's down the best..just a personal opinion from a picky eater

The food and service were good, but the entire dining area was really dirty around all the tables.

Caution to those dinning at Teriyaki Express. About 2 yrs ago after dinning here i contracted food poisoning. I became dehydrated and weak from the fluid loss. I lost consciousness resulting in a very serious injury to my head and facial area. I presented to the ER around 0230 and after being evaluated by theER physcian and I was informed that I was ill from Bacillus bacteria found in shrimp. This was the only meal I had. A few days later I contacted the restaurant and the state of Tn. No follow up received. Call me stupid but i dined there today but no shrimp.I informed the owner what I experienced in a discreet manner. Not looking for anything. Just wanted to let him be awarw of what occurred. The owner became very belligerent and told me that nor the ER physician knew what we were talking about and kicked me out of the restaurant. i'm nou a physician but I retired after 40 years in healthcare as an operating manager.. This proprietot has no concern for the food safety for the public. Eat at your own risk

It's a "hole in the wall" with fantastic food. The ambiance is nothing "nice," as it's just an arrangement of simple, square tables and low-end chairs, so this isn't your go-to for wine and dine. But if you're taking the family out for a reasonably-priced, great-tasting meal with generous portions, you can't beat it.The spectrum of dishes is comprehensive, ranging across much of Asia. And did I mention that the food is delicious? Let me emphasize that! You will get a great meal here!

Great food. Sara even gives me a sharp knife to cut my home grown tomatoes during the summer months when I eat there. I try to sit at the bar to chat with the owners.

Great food, and friendly atmosphere! I absolutely love their ginger chicken, and my girlfriend is a big fan of the ramen. They have some of the best Thai food I've had across several states. When you choose your level of spiciness be warned, hot is no joke. I haven't gotten brave enough to try Thai hot yet, but that day is coming.
