So I ordered thru Door Dash. Food was well packaged. Condiments and toppings were separate so I could add as much or little as I wanted! The taste was top notch! Nice thick French toast, fresh eggs, thick cut bacon! It was exactly what I was craving. I can't wait to actually go in and really enjoy this place!

The restaurant was clean and inviting, with a modern but casual feel. The staff greeted us at the door before taking us to our table. The menu was just the right size offering a variety of breakfast/brunch items without being too overwhelming. Kelsey, our server, was friendly, attentive, and answered all of our questions. I ordered the Berry Berry French Toast, scrambled eggs and bacon. Wow. Just wow. The food arrived quickly and the presentation made it almost too good to eat! The French Toast was thick but fluffy and full of flavor, with fresh (ripe) berries on top. The bacon was thick sliced and oh so delicious too. The scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection but unfortunately overshadowed by the rest of my plate! The owner chatted with us before we left and he was polite and professional. If you haven't eaten at Golden Yolk yet, you are missing out!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our meals and the service!I will post photos. Delicious and fresh was my Mediterranean breakfast with chickpea salad. Also got cheesy garlic grits. YUM!My sweetie got the soaked oats. A large bowl of oats came with honey and fresh berries. The owner, T Fisch came by to check on our meal. What a delightful young man. Professional and personable!When visiting again, we will definitely come back to this restaurant!!Also, the coffee was delicious!

My husband and I enjoyed Sunday brunch at the Golden Yolk. The food was tasteful and we had great service. The Southern Fancy Fries are a must! Enjoyed the Good Ole Boy Breakfast and the Three Piggies Omelette (I added onions). Plenty of food, so go hungry!

Food is great! Vibe is cool! Service leaves something to be desired. I have been here three times and the last 2 visits I have had to work to get the attention of someone who could help me as my waitress disappeared and was no where to be seen. The other odd part of the experience is how they seem to skimp on the oddest items…I asked for butter for my toast and received a pinch of butter in return and when I ordered a tea, I received 3/4 of a cup of hot water instead of a full cup…odd. Again the food is good, they just miss the mark on a great experience.

The food was not seasoned. If marketed like youe average diner, then maybe 3 stars but the food is low level diner quality. I ordered the chicken and gravy and the chicken was red pink.

My father in law left the restaurant, got down the road a little & realized he forgot his leftover box. The kind host, even though terribly busy, went looking for it. He went above & beyond what he could have done & treated an elderly customer like his own grandfather. I love this restaurant even more than I did before!Wheelchair accessibility: Not a wheelchair, but because my father in law used a cane, the host asked him if he wanted a seat up front so he'd have less walking. Very thoughtful young man!
