Do not waste your money! I spent $94. I had no problem waiting bc I ordered 2sackfuls and some were plain. I also ordered 2 large fries and tots. I didn't get the tots. I go back and she was rude about leaving out my tots! Gives me a square box ( the ones for the burgers) with tots in it and tells me it's a large when I ask! What? I get home with the food and half the burgers had no pickle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! You will not get what you pay for after waiting forever for it and they will not fix it when they mess it up! NO SEASONING ON PATTIES EITHER

Not fresh burgers taste days old and the chili was dry and they didn’t even cover up the chili cheese fries maybe a tiny bit of chili not worth the price at no cheese at all on the fries

Every now and then, I will go to Krystal Burger. I don't like their new fries. All Krystal burgers appeared to be "slammed together". The premises was dirty, the building is old. Needs some sprucing up!

Staff was really nice, fries was hot, Krystal's was delicious, but the new Krystal chicks your using tastes terrible, we hate them now, y'all need to go back to the other chicks....
Some other Krystals in the surrounding areas are not as good as this one, others haven't cooked the Krystal burgers enough and got stomach upset but never at this location and the drive through person has always been nice and courteous no matter who is working the drive through.

Someone must have forgotten to order some things... When I got my chili cheese pups they had a regular hot dog bun tore in half and my 2 pups were made out of them... I guess it'll work, Atleast someone did have a little ingenuity...

I frequently go to Krystal's during night shift they're only usually two people working but they're friendly they are as fast as they can be.

My mother was in from out of town so while out shopping she and I went here. The lady cashier rude from start .We got our food looked like blood soaked into 2 of the buns from where the meat laid,I took them back to register never once did they say sorry. There was food stuck on the tables and chairs.
