A local hometown dinner that we ate from a couple times a week. But the food has gotten worse with each new owner. After over a year I decided to give them another try. Service was rude and the food was the worst yet. As much as I hate to say it, but it will be my last visit.

I was on my way to Hardee’s but always drive by here and decided to support a small business.Pulled up to the drive thru and inside they were blasting vulgar music which my 5 year old daughter in the car heard.Asked for a combo cheeseburger with a Coke. They rang me up for $12.88 and 20 minutes later gave me the burger with no fries. I asked if the combo comes with fries. Young lady walked away and came back and said that’ll be $3.28. I thought I paid for a combo, or that $13 would include fries… combo is listed for $12.99.Guess the other young lady didn’t hear me ask for the combo. Other young lady said she’d talk to the manager and they gave me the fries a few minutes later.Overall just a bad experience. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was awful customer service from start to finish. The food was okay but not worth $13.

Usually I’ve gotten very good food but today it sucked. I don’t know if they had a new cook or what but my onions rings were bunt and my bacon wasn’t cooked. Very disappointed for the money I had to pay. March 27 2024..

The food is pretty good, it was kinda small for the price. I got the honey mustard bacon chicken wrap special and it was on the smaller side of what I was expecting, good flavor. The lady who took the order she was blonde and didn’t really have a care on how customer service works. I’m not sure if she’s family or not to the owners but she was being very unkind to the cook in the back. I left at 5:40 and by the time I was backing out to leave she shut the OPEN sign off at 5:42 which seemed kinda weird on a weekend but I guess as a small buisness you can do that. Overall I’d return to try something else that may be a bigger portion. Fries were great tho!

My husband and I visited Springplace for the first time tonight. We LOVED everything about it! The food was great! We both got cheeseburgers, I got onion rings, and my husband got fries. We got the banana pudding for dessert. All wonderful. The best part about our visit was meeting Tony and Stacy, the owners. Sweetest folks around. Tony even brought out a taste test of the homemade vegetable soup. Amazing! We will definitely be back to try the home cooked meals they have during the week!

We try to stop in a few times a month. We absolutely love this place! The food is amazing and the people are just as amazing! The prices are very affordable and we just cannot say enough nice things about this place! I highly recommend trying them out!
