The general manager here, I can't remember her name but she used to be at Taco Bell as well, I recognized her instantly because I do doordash! She is such a blessing. She is so kind, helpful, and makes me feel like a human being. Everytime I see her she's working hard and helping people. Having her there is the best decision this place made! Always a pleasure at this location specifically because they just treat me so well when I come in for orders. Thanks so much :)

Little ceasers on Paul huff is a no go in my book.Nothing was ready when I walked in had to wait 10 minutes on a hot and ready pizza and bread stick. Very poor management. I will not return to this branch of your businessP.S the pizza wasn't even sliced when I got it

Today Thursday, December 21 I ordered online it took my money I got to the location in Cleveland, Tn on Paul huff Parkway at 9:30 the doors were closed. The lights were off. this is bull! Find new employees. It even states online my order is ready! How ? If you cannot keep the doors open till 10 o’clock when you’re supposed to close shut the doors completely. Stop taking peoples money online if you do not have dependable employees

If you choose delivery from this place, don’t. They will not get your order right and not give you any one of the 6 sauces you and your group ordered that you paid over a dollar EACH for nor the marinara for the breadsticks. Do not recommend.
Ordered food over the phone. Employee repeated the order to me, asked for the name TWICE. Made certain I ordered at the correct location and they said no one has ordered. I have the number in my call log the length of the food, and they have now wasted gas. Get off the weed and go to work.

Thin crust hot and ready never ready. I was told it is because they are going out faster than they can make. I was in line 10 minutes and no one walked out with one.

Went in to get 3 meat pizza. Was told the they clean there ovens at 9pm so only service “hot and ready” pizza which makes one wonder how long they are holding these hot and ready

This place is an absolute joke. I placed an order to be delivered later in the evening. It arrived an hour early and was no where close to being correct. The pizza was incorrectly made with toppings I didn’t choose. I didn’t receive the drinks I ordered or the dipping sauces. I mean they didn’t get a single thing right. It’s a pizza joint. How hard can this be?

The Little Caesar app does not allow you a place to enter a credit card number. Very strange. Why even have an app if there's no place to enter a card number to make a purchase? It allows you to enter the name as seen on the card. And your address, but nothing else. Just apply your card. But you can't apply it without the card number. I only used the app bcuz you can't get the pretzel crust unless you order it through the app. I guess it's a promotional item that is past it's promotion. The kid said they use the thin crust button to charge. But they can't take the order in the store using the same method. If you go into the store as I did on Paul Huff Highway, the answer you get to not being able to enter a card number, is a shrug and "we don't know anything about the app". No problem. I'll go to a different pizza chain altogether. The whole experience was just very odd. It seemed as if the kid onlyWanted to do what was absolutely necessary.
